*******! This is not the 1st time my package gets "Damaged" My heart sank to my toes when I saw that DPD is handling my Amazon order ... I just knew something will go wrong, and within just 1hour of DPD handling my package, its "DAMAGED" THEY DONT HAVE THE DECENCY TO UPDATE ME, I had to phone Amazon to find out that my parcel is apparently damaged. IS IT REALLY? I AM WAITING FOR MY PARCEL, DAMAGED OR NOT! DPD WILL DELIVER MY PARCEL -
What an absolute horrible experience! Waiting for a very important delivery the whole day, no communication from them... I had to phone them, hold the line for 9min just to be told, Oh sorry, Our driver is having technical difficulties... Then i get a message saying "Sorry we couldn't deliver today, due to you not being available" WHAT? I had to take off work to receive my parcel, I rescheduled for today 21st November, took off work again... Just to be told, no sorry we will deliver the 24th because we dont do that route on fridays, which is a LIE because im waiting for another parcel from them, coming today the 21st... Hah! This is a Joke company! Are they going to pay me 2days salary which i missed because of their incompetence!!!!!!!!!? FNB seriously needs to find a new courier partner!!!!!

I am so extremely grateful to USB and MORE, and excited that they now share a part in our story. I have been a long time customer and Every single order has always been exactly what was advertised.
iMile has lost their Pride in South Africa! I get told my parcel is out for delivery, waited the whole day, nothing! The next day, again, same story.... But this time at 08:53 in the morning i get a notification that the driver ran out of time.... What?! 2 days ive been waiting, they dont call you, you have to call them, and then get the same stupid excuses... PATHETIC SERVICE! NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3DAYS TO MAYBE GET MY PARCEL! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOGISTICS COMPANY ‼️‼️‼️

Ordered on the 4th of November 2024, Promised to be delivered 8th of November 2024. Never received my order and now im fighting to get my refund. No answers, only **** apologies. I will be laying a charge at the Consumer ombudsman. Worst service ever!
Everyday,after i have to contact you, i get the same email, Sorry for the inconvenience..... Today marks the 10th business day of the timeframe given to pay MY refund. I pray that whoever is in charge never has to lose the meat in their freezer due to continuous power failures or that they have to endure a heatwave with no means of relief. I needed a generator, and now i need my refund, everyday that i have to wait, is another day of struggling, because of SNATCHER. I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY with my money, i trusted that i would receive decent service! I am deeply disappointed. I expect my refund to be paid by end of business today. Emails about how my matter has been escalated is not acceptable. Give me real, honest answers!
#74182 Ordered and paid on the 15th of February 2024, no communication whatsoever, if i phone and hold the line for 23min, i get told it takes 10 to 20 days to deliver. Well its past that timeframe, still no answers or a tracking number .... Why do these companies get to operate with absolutely no respect for their clients.... I want answers! Where is my order?

Just to be told, sorry, out of stock. I request a refund, to be told, i have to wait another 7 to 10 business days... WHAT???
