I placed an order with takealot on the 5th December which was paid for.I had ordered a navi force watch for women.On the 12th of December I received an email to advise me the order is canceled and my money is in my account the watch has been advertised incorrectly.That is not my problem after giving it serious thought after waiting for a year for the watch to be reduced in price,takealot I want the watch at the price advertised,It is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional the manner in which you have conducted business.I am a regular customer and this matter needs to be taken up with your advertising team.Even more unprofessional there is no contact number or email address for customers to contact takelot on.Really disappointing and poor service.Deal bug advertised the watch ensure it is delivered and I will pay the amount it was advertised for. Assupol portshepstone absolutely disgusted in the lack of competence and knowledge.We were told a cash back was due to us on the 1st/10/2025 We needed to go to the branch to claim it,the funds would be paid within 48 hours.It is now 3 days later and no money has been paid.There are different stories and nobody knows what is the answer.You debit accounts and now when it is time to pay clients you can't keep to your commitment.,Assupol hire staff that know 24 hours from 48 hours to 70 hours.Stop wasting our time and making us into stupid fools,we aren't here to play this game with you.Do you know what we needed the money for and planned in advance for the money.I suggest to people dont join assupol they are worst,most pathetic service just like gepf,useless money *******.

Pet Heaven has restored my faith in service and pet care,considering life and the difficulties we face,the best feeling comes from knowing there is a pet all around pet store with delivery right to our door step.Pet heaven always has stock of the items my fur babes love and need,the delivery turn around time is way before I expected.Very so often I also may require advice on products whatever the question my answer is a whatsapp away.Either by email,whatsapp or whatever correspondence you choose a friendly,very well equipped consultant is always there to provide all the answers.Pet heaven you definitely have a loyal customer in me,thank you for keeping stock of all pets favourite and needed treats and pellets.
Cute Pet SA highly disappointed in yout manner you conduct your competition.I don't care how many years you have in the business for.I entered my pet and I have sent a query with no response.Nobody is able to vote for my pet none of the text messages go through,the rules are clear every text to vote has been not gone through,from the 1/12 we tried voting messages just come back returned while my pet is all the way at number 400.Only to find a winner will be announced while I haven't been given a chance and your so called company hasn't assisted me.What is this some sort of a hoax using pets,or do you discriminate against certain races,one fine morning I wil wake up to see a winner announced.Before you go proceed with your competition I suggest you obtain the proper ethical code of conduct.
For the first time I have ordered with Temu,sadly the courier service used is Skynet,I have sent emails and tried to contact skynet several times.There is always no answer,lines are constantly busy.I have a query and nobody to assist with it.I won't order from Temu due to the poor service delivery from Skynet
Spar hibberdene I have had it with your lack of service and poor service delivery.Your Spar delivery app doesn't work period,there is always a lack of stock or oo stock at all.Then the app states there is no stock when the stock has arrived.What do you expect customers to purchase if there is always no stock,cat litter is always not available.Why bother having an app that doesn't work.....
Capitec the worst bank to deal with,the app is always freezing or being upated.During payments it stops.Clients aren't informed of these updates that are done on a daily basis.With the high level of ***** how would we know what is going on with our apps,whenever there is an emergency capitec app is offline.Captitec you customer service is appauling
