I am shocked by vodacom. I signed up with Vodacom for a data contract of R238.99 per month for 24 months on 18 September 2025. I just received a notification of my billing for the month (9 February 2026) of R257.88 I call vodacom and query this and Themba tells me there has been a price increase. This makes no sense to me as why even bother singing up for a contract for a SPECIFIC AMOUNT and then start getting billed a completely different amount. I have not had the contract for 6 months, how is this okay???
I am so frustrated at this point. Yet again takealot is a disappointment of a company. I ordered to creams 2 weeks ago. Last week I received my order and the one cream had damage to it while the other cream wasn't even the correct item I ordered. I mark both as to be returned and get it replaced. Now I received a part of the order and I still received the wrong cream. They basically sent me the exact same cream the sent me the previous week which was the incorrect cream. Now I'm waiting to for Tuesday to come so I can see if the tub of cream that's being replaced had no damage to it.
I am extremely disappointed. My order was supposed to be delivered on October 15th, before 5pm. I kept waiting and waiting all the way till 7pm when it showed on my app that it was still out for delivery. Only for me to receive an sms on 16th October at 7am that my parcel would be delivered before 7pm. Today 7 Octiber at1pm I'm notified on the app that the part of the parcel was damaged and requires replacement and the delivery would be rescheduled. I'm then notified today on 17 October that my parcel has been spilt and the part of the parcel Refernce no:MRRN -4JA9Z-GB6E has now gone missing and now I am waiting for notifications on when UT will be delivered... I AMBEYONE DIGESTED AND SHOCKED BY THIS **** SERVICE. You will be seeing this review everywhere. Don't notify a client that their parcel will be specifically delivered on a day and not follow through. I should be given a refund for the horrible inconvenience that your company has caused me. I shop with your company all the time and I am horrified by this experience
Terminating my contract due to lack of service and here are the reasons!!. I have been struggling with these issues since November 2023 until now to get my account corrected. -I tried contacting my original consultant, but I wasn't notified that she had left without any type of notice or advising who my next contact person would be. There has been a lack of communication when it comes to Ndumi answering me when I have queries. It's days, sometimes weeks before I get vague answers from her. - There is never any communication when it comes to the day when the waste is to be collected. This became an issue when there was a huge gap between collection in December 2023 and January 2024. It took over 2 months until the waste was collected - Another occurrence was on the 26 March the waste was collected and then again on the 9th of April. There is a lack of communication between the office and their drivers for when the waste should be collected, as well as my bill not being amended for this incident. - As of May I was told that they weren't using the receipt books anymore and that there is a new service in place, but that I would still get a document emailed to me stating the waste was collected. (WHICH STILL HASN'T BEEN DONE) - I was billed this past Monday (3 June 2024) I was not at work and nothing was collected which proves again the lack of communication between the company and their client. Due to the fact that on a Monday I am NEVER open (this is the only day that my business is closed which Ndumi is fully aware of?) I would prefer to cancel my contract effective immediately and expect a discounted rate due to the issues I have stated above, I can't pay according to my contract when nothing has been done according to the contract. It is such a sad that customer service in not a priority in your Company
You guys don't have any disregard for the people that live around you. The loud ****ty music that you have play on the weekend is horrible. I'm sick and tired of hearing the same tune playing over and over again each weekend.
Extremely disappointed with Spec-Savers in Parys. My mom had gone in the previous day to get her eyes tested and everything and she only ended up paying R899 which included the eye test and glasses because of the special they're running. I go in the following day to do the exact and thing. After the eye test and everything, the main lady says combine the special (that my mom had) along with the student special so that it doesn't cost as much. I'm told by the lady at the front desk that it would be a little over a R1000. So I say awesome that's great she then sets she had to double something on the system first. 10 minutes later in told I must pay R2400. This is God damn ridiculous, I'm not going back anytime soon. Why would you tell a customer one amount and it doubles 10 minutes later ... Don't tell someone one amount and change it.
There is a special on a watch (Samsung Galaxy Fit3 for R1149) I'm wanting to order, because it is on special for 1 day.Today is 20th of April. I am unable to order it because of the site maintenance. Makro better allow me to buy the watch tomorrow on the 21st of April at the very same price it is tonight.
I am getting extremely ****ed off with dischem now. First it's my account for my medication that isn't being categorized correctly and being put under my parents profile. I complained about this a few weeks back, but now I am getting sms's for my families medication ... can dischem not get their ****ing **** in order. I am sick and tired!!! Get your **** together dischem. I have been using your services since I was 5, and I am nearly 24. Since being back from America in 2023 you have been *****ing up my God damn profile and can't ****ing fix it ...
Since coming back to South Africa In 2023 from America. Dischem has been *****ing up my account. It is now the 7th time they are having to fix my account for my scrips as they keep putting it onto my families account, I have my own medical aid so I can't understand why it doesn't get fixed. It is getting extremely frustrating and all people at the dispensary can tell me is that they will submit it to the headquarters.... that hasn't happened clearly if I keep having to get it FIXED!!!! And now I'm getting notifications on whatsapp for my parents medication.... fix your **** dischem!!!!
