PEP HOME RANDRIDGE: UNPROFESSIONALISM: PEP HOME RANDRIDGE: P5807 Terrible service most of the time, if you want unprofessionalism go to that store. Lerato, Muano and their Manager Flo. What annoyed me is not what transpired where I asked for R60 to be specific and Lerato did not ring it to withdraw, when I needed this to be rectified, she did not apologize, she just told me I just asked for R60, and I was not specific on the word cash back. Where on earth did, she think the R60 I am asking for will be from? To cut the story short after everyone got involved, we still did not get a solution and I had to go withdraw from the ATM got charge R10(It is not really about R10 as I do have) but to be charged just to withdraw a mere R60 whereas I bought items totaling to R195,80 therefore qualifying me to withdraw the R60 I needed for my little daughter. To add to the unpleasant even when I was leaving the staff then team up to talk about me with Muano laughing so loud to get a reaction from me, I looked at her and went out of the store. I will never buy from that store as there has been so many unprofessional incidents before this as I am a regular there, according to them you must not complain about their lack of professionalism hence they team up to talk about a client. Florence their manager seems to be okay with that. She had two wonderful staff, not sure where they were moved to Tshephiso and Agreement. The staff that's left must really learn a thing or two about remaining professional at all times.
The service at this school is terrible, it seems like no one takes anyone seriously. No respect whatsoever. I paid for my son's tuition at the beginning of the trimester for full time and then the office wanted more money by saying full time is full as a way to get more money from me, I paid the difference as I needed my son to pursue what he wants to pursue, I followed by calling head office which advised that the full time is not full, Germiston campus must put my son back to full time and the difference to be paid back to me. Financed requested proof of payment, my ID and my proof of account, I waited for over 3 weeks and followed up. Sasa from Financed advised refund should not take that long and she will call me back once she has spoken to Frans who is responsible for refunds, no call from her and my calls remain unanswered. I emailed and corresponded with Phanuel who seemed helpful, however today I am told I need to go to the campus to follow up in person. I do not stay in Germiston neither am I willing to drive for an hour, pour fuel, take time of just because the facility is holding my funds. Make all this make sense. To parents with kids considering EWC, do not bother, the disrespect from that facility and lack of accountability is too much and other thing that i am not here for today but ask students that went to that school. Unfortunately, my son has already started, and he seems to want to complete, and I do not want to take him out and inconvenience his career path.

I am so sad as I write this, we have two weeks of low productivity due to TCG system migration. What causes more frustration is one receives no help even after emailing the relevant department. Today-12 September 2024, we are unable to login. I reported, followed up and followed advice. Nothing helps.
I just contacted your call centre and I was assisted by a lady, the operator who was professional and referred me to Sharon from account. My query was to get a direction on ordering the emulsifying ointment base as a small business owner and I asked the minimum order quantity and she started assuming that we cannot meet R5000 per month minimum order quantity of which is small as I already spent more than that a month buying at different Dischems as they never have more than 5 bases per store, what I currently do is drive around Dischems buying whatever the have on shelf at R125 per 500g. When I started asking why she is assuming that we cannot meet a mere R5000 she goes on to say I even call with a private number, I didn’t know private lines are not welcome at ingrams. When I started telling her that I am feel like she is profiling and stereotyping me she hung up in my ear.
I am just disappointed in them, 3 full weeks I have been calling rain trying to replace my lost sim cards, agents answer and make promises or give directions. I have downloaded myrain app as instructed, ordered a sim swap, followed up, asked for calls, still nothing.
I am very disappointed at the way Pep is accepting and making poor customer service a norm. I needed to send paxi and buy couple of things, I first started at Pep northgate unfortunately they were out of 7-9 paxi courier sleeves but told me Pep Home will have, I avoid Pep Home Northgate for the terrible service they dish out but unfortunately today I had no choice due to the above mentioned reason. I got there and bought eight paxi bags and added two more from Khangwelo who had no name badge, her name I am getting from the till slip and I have proof that she was not wearing a name badge, obviously the reason she does not wear a name badge is to dish out rotten service on the platter. In the middle of helping me she screamed and asked her colleague at the back office to come assist me and tossed my items to the other counter, when I asked why she said because she wants to assist other customers, I take it I am not a customer I told her I am also from the queue and waited for my turn to be served and now that I am there and she already started she must finish but bluntly and rudely refused, I do not understand how pep fails to understand the first come and first serve customer service principle. This is terrible and your store just gets worse by the day.
I need to be clear on this review as much as I understand the Unilever standing on the dispute, we have with the company they hired (THE MEDIA KRATE) to paint the walls on people's property on rental agreement. I have a problem with them not getting involved to resolve this as the products advertised on these premises are UNILEVER'S and only Unilever is showing on my mother's house-our home. This company lure elderlies and paint their walls to market Unilever's products and they then disappear. I called Unilever to report the above-mentioned company and I was told it is a third party. But the products that are there are yours, as a consumer and your customer I find you distancing yourself distasteful as I am beginning to resent your products. It is your products-get involved. This company is putting your name into disrepute and leaving a bad reputation with your customers. When people ask about the interesting products that are advertised on my mom's wall, we won't lie but tell them the truth that she was never paid and still is not paid but the products are clearly being advertised and bringing you revenue daily.
I would like to write a review about 1st for Women. This company is the worst. No customer service whatsoever, they deduct my money before agreed time. I am a business woman with money coming in every single day so it is obvious my account will never not have money but that doesn’t mean it is okay to deduct my money before agreed time. I have called the 1st for women several times before to try and resolve this, all they do is take me for a fool and keep making promises but the next month deduct earlier again. The last agent I spoke to was Phila after speaking to AFRIKA who put me on hold and said the company will call me. Nothing happened, Phila then said she is taking the matter and will resolve it and going forward she will ensure that she looks after me and promised to call me, she didn’t either. They have no respect for client or their time. It is just a very disappointing experience and I would love to have a company that takes clients seriously to offer me insurance kindly. I am extremely disappointed.
