They fast tracked my order as part of a new trial. I ordered yesterday at 7pm and it arrived today before 12pm even though I paid for it to be delivered on Monday. Count me pleasantly surprised!
So this past Saturday was comic con. I arrived to park past 9 am. The metered parking is between 8 and 1 on Saturdays. When I arrived, I saw no marshal. I even took my own time too and didn’t rush to leave my car. I then left the con around 2pm, not yet noticing the ticket on my windshield. On my way to canal walk I kept hearing this fluttering sound. There it was, the ticket. When I arrived at canal walk, I finally had the chance to look at it. And the profound look on my face - It said the total was R0…I’m very much online oriented so I thought to go to the website listed on the ticket. I then used their emailing system. It was quite frustrating, and felt like I wasn’t at fault. So today is Tuesday, and they finally got back to me based on what I sent them on their website. They then gave me a link to pay them a whopping R10…seriously… I paid it and sent them the proof of payment on the email thread. They said they needed the PoP to update the system. I sent it and they acknowledged it. So I’m just left hoping now that they’ve actually done so. But this experience has left me astounded by the lack of professionalism. They should definitely include a payment link on the ticket instead of going through all these hoops.
Highly would NOT recommend. Genuinely think this is a ****. They tell you that your items are out for delivery and it ends up not coming. Do not use bash. The tracking of your items should’ve been the first red flag. You don’t get any detailed tracking on the whereabouts of your package. To contact an agent you need to know a specific order of prompts to the chatbot. Their chatbot just regurgitates the FAQs. This is a lazy company and is not at all customer centric. It sounds like bash uses their own delivery team and this is why it’s bottlenecked. The delivery team is quite lazy and doesn’t post updates. This breaks the supply chain. It’s a shame that tfg resulted to this.
The agent I met up with answered my questions and clarified that the place I app**** for isn’t a hotel. They were transparent about total cost I could be looking at per month.
Just came to this page to write my experience on ordering from wootware compared to other computer stores. I wont mention names but it rhymes with "smevesmech". Anyways, my orders came quite fast and their communication is great. I have a pending order because wootware is awaiting stock and they informed relatively immediately after the purchase. I had other orders from them as well such as a CPU cooler and a psu. They are working great and even have that new tech smell.
Wouldn't recommend at all. Purchased a gpu a week ago but haven't been receiving any tracking information. So I emailed them multiple times and they haven't responded. When I eventually got a hold of them today on Instagram they told me they it's out of stock. It's highly likely they gave away my unit. So what would've happen if I didn't enquire... would I have lost R11000? Who knows. It was my very first purchase from evetech and it would definitely be my last. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I wish I checked out their hello Peter reviews first.
The lack of communication is concerning. In this day and age it is expected to be customer centric but Aramex is completely unprofessional. Firstly, yesterday they apparently were attempting delivery however there was no notification saying that they are. I had to see on Amazon myself that my package is out for delivery. I've apparently missed the delivery however they made no attempt to make me aware. They didn't call me to say that they're here. I've been at home the entire day. Secondly, they are very difficult to get in contact with. The response time of agents is absurd. I've messaged on the website and they don't give a response time or ask for your email so they could update you. You are forced to sit on the website and wait for a response. This is absolutely frustrating especially when I spent so much money on shipping. I want my package!
