The service that I received in the beginning was excellent, but after many requests on email as well as when they phone me that I prefer correspondence through email I still receive more than 5 phone calls every single day from there call Centre. I also told them on more than once that they must not phone me since I am not able to confirm any information over the phone, and that if they phone me on the 25th asking for payment.......how do you pay when your salary is the last day of every month. I do appreciate what they are doing and I do believe in the work they do, it is just there after service is lacking, it feels as if my requests are not noted.
Why if I buy data it has an expiry date? Why can't I buy data and use it till it ran out? now I have to spend hundreds of rand every month for data that I loose because I did not use it in the time that it is valid for with. Also every time they send a sms go onto Vodaypay....... terrible, Vodapay doesn't always work plus you need data to go onto Vodapay. All the cellular services, why do you need to buy minutes when you want to phone to the same network, really it is time consuming and frustrating.
What an amazing cleaning company. From getting a brand new hospital sterilized and ready for its grand opening to a mall cleaned and up to standard. No job too big or to small for this team and their leader
Does anyone else feel that the phone calls we receive from all the different call centers is just TOO much? Really if you ask them if you requested the phone call they get ugly and rude. If you ask them to speak to their supervisors they tell you listen who is your supervisor. They phoned me...... They must stop this. Where is the POPI ACT????

It is so sad to see how many people are using Facebook to **** people out of money. Like me there is a lot of people struggling to keep head above water every single day. All the ****mer do you have any idea how it feels to look children in the eyes and have to tell them there is no money for food. We have to move because I can not pay the rent. To all the people out there ****ming people out of money shame on you and just know what goes around comes around

I rented an apartment through them. They would disconnect electricity services even if rent is paid in full. They will charge you for repair work that is not your fault. They will charge rent even if you have given notice and moved out. They hand you over for this unoccupied rent charges. They are always unfriendly.
