Absolutely terrible service. Chery Sandton clearly does not respect people’s time — and neither does their buyer, Irshad. I drove all the way from Randburg during my work hours because Irshad was ignoring my calls instead of doing his job and assisting me like he was supposed to. Completely unprofessional, inconsiderate, and a waste of time. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how badly they treat actual ones.
AVOID Chery Sandton at all costs! This dealership has a blatant disregard for people's time. I had the misfortune of dealing with Irshad, their inept buyer, who seems to think his time is more valuable than everyone else's. I wasted an entire workday driving from Randburg to Chery Sandton because Irshad ignored my calls and refused to provide the assistance he was supposed to. When I finally arrived, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of accountability. Irshad's unprofessionalism is a reflection of the dealership's overall disdain for customers' time. If you value your sanity and your time, stay far, far away from Chery Sandton and Irshad's atrocious service.
I bought a car through Mazda December 2024. The car started giving me problems on the 5th of May and mechanic suggested that I take it for service. Only to find out that the service plan hasn’t been paid by the dealership. Dealership suggested that I take it to them for service but when I try to book no one takes my call. I’ve been calling for the past 2 days now.
I want to cancel my order. I placed an order two weeks ago order no o315113851. I’ve been waiting for it. You guys keep lying on my name by saying that I didn’t change the numbers before I ordered which I did. But anyway I gave you the correct numbers to give to your delivery guys last week but you didn’t update them. You keep saying that the driver couldn’t get ahold of me but no one tried to call me. I even have my call log to show you. You keep saying you will escalate but you are escalating nothing. I am expected to pay uber 2k for something that I didn’t receive? You might as well cancel that order and close my account or that account will be in arrears I promise you.

One of the best services that I’ve ever used. Cancelled an order on the 24th of September, by the 25th I had already gotten my refund and the customer service was very fast. I was helped by Kutlwano
I ordered food on the app again after one of their drivers stole my groceries again, 4 hours later I am still waiting for my order. I am definitely not buying things on the app again. Clearly they don’t respect people
I bought groceries on the 1st of April on the app and I never received it. It says that I received my package but I never did. I am still waiting for my refund even today
