Parcel was handled by dpd laser but it runs both Fast & furious and Dawn Wing. They have delivered my parcel to the wrong person and some Agent called "Foster" is not being of any help. I am told I should wait for 48 hours to hear from. DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR SHEIN ORDERS. LET SHEIN KNOW.

Their website claims that they only update a parcel's tracking once customs have been cleared at arrival. My parcel was cleared two days ago, this is the 3rd day and dpd hasn't updated the whereabouts of my parcel. Their website also just loads forever without actually opening on a cellphone.
They have my Shein order and have not updated its whereaouts in two days. The last update says they have handed it over to DPD but DPD claims to not have received it.
I have been with them for over a year and everytime I have a query I am somehow assisted by a Karabo Maila, her service is always great and timeous. I also had a 3rd party claim that they handled it swiftly.
They keep billing me incorrectly, have added subscriptions I know nothing of, keep taking some "debit transfer" monthly and sometimes do not debit my account, claim the debit order was rejected just for me to end up paying that ridiculous rejection fee. I have sent a "Nompumelelo Jiyane" an email with my statements and a spreadsheet detailing every transaction on the statements. I did this so she can help or escalate me case as she had communicated that she would. It has been over 7 working days since I sent these in and until today she has not yet gotten back to me. I have sent follow up emails and still nothing.
Paid for customs 2 days ago & my order status hasn’t been updated. They don’t have live agents you can talk to via their chat box or even a phone call. Their line on the Shein application doesn’t go through! Their service seems to be deteriorating with time.
Buffalo received my order from SHEIN on the 26th of March 2024 and to this day the order has not yet been delivered. Tracking says my order is at their JNB depot but on 07 April 2024 I received a no-reply email from their Customer Service telling me that my order is with a 3rd party courier. They did not tell me the name of the 3rd party courier or how I can track my order with the said 3rd party. Buffalo has also deactivated all their telephone lines in South Africa, the one that does ring rings and when it gets picked up no one says anything. There is no direct and effect way to get through to their support. They have a "chat to us" link on their website that claims they respond immediately, I first used on the 3rd of April 2024 and to this day there is no response.
