Pathetic service
The people and the service working for buffalo is terrible. I was supposed to receive my parcel from Temu yet on the day it was supposed to be delivered the driver Brian Mkhwa**** that was delivering the item had a bad attitude he called me when I answered the call he says "finally” not even a hello how are you apparently he was trying so bad to get a hold of me but he called me once I answered and advised him I’ll be outside when I got there he wasn’t outside when I went back in the house there was 3 other missed calls that I couldn’t answer as I went outside without my phone and status I seen on Temu was updated as not answering tel. What kind of service is this I will try my best not to get anything delivered from buffalo what a terrible company. Even tried contacting their customer service agents no answer or any help whatsoever.

Damaged items
Mr Price is just selling bad quality, I ordered slides from them when it came it was damaged the button is off the slide. How can you guys pack and send such items to a customer. I will no longer be buying from you guys and I'm gonna encourage others also not to.

Terrible service
Temus delivery is becoming pathetic I placed an order 13 days ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet and I need my delivery before the first because we going on holiday that's why I ordered in advance yet the delivery is delayed. This is just terrible service.

Damaged items
I bought underwear from jet on Saturday afternoon bras specifically but once I got home I seen only then that that the wires of bra is out the item is damaged but this is not my first time experiencing this where I buy an item and it's broken or damaged but atleast I could refund the product now with it being underwear I know they dont refund such items. Their quality is really becoming pathetic not just that I can't refund it so I'm stuck with a damage item.

No assistance
I have placed a third party claim from this pathetic company. One of the clients bumped into my car it's been almost 2 months already with no progress on my claim I tried calling in their consultant malika or whatever her name is rather tells me she is on lunch and will call me back. Till today they haven't even tried to call me back until I called them yet still no assistance on the claim I am stranded without my car. This is the worse company to have insurance with you'll are not reliable

Pathetic service
Bad service. The client service is pathetic money has went out my account on the 06 may I queried it they advised it would take a month to solve yet nothing has came up no feedback or anything I have in total spoke to 4 agents and no one could assist me on what happened to my money. I would not recommend anyone to join this bank they cheap and useless when you need them.

What a pathetic company with pathetic service this will be my second time complaining about them with no resolve I have requested a refund on my travel insurance which was on the 8th of May the agent Carami Ziba she advised that the refund is being processed till today I haven't received the refund I emailed them once again yet still no assistance at this point I will refer them to the ombudsman as they are not helpful or even useful. I'll never ever recommend anyone use this insurance.

No assistance
Since Thursday I've been trying to get assistance on canceling my luggage insurance yet there is no one to assist me. When I'm calling they telling me the person who deals with canceling the policy is not available as if there's only one person who does it or knows how to do it. I have called in so many times even emailed them yet nothing, their service is pathetic. I'll never recommend anyone to enjoy their insurance.

Bad service
This is the second time receiving a wrong item and it's not even within the value of the product I ordered you guys are trying to rob us.i ordered a sneaker online for R2200 your sent me a wrong one which is R1100 when I tried swapping it for wat I originally order the shoe is out of stock. You guys are taking advantage and chances with us.
