Cannnot understand instructions
Hi, I am utterly disappointed with the lack of understanding from the agents. I have records of payment arrangements done via whatsapp, email and telephonically confirming my debit order date for December 2025. All responses we acknowledged that it was understood . Only to find my account was debited on the 15th. I want to know who is liable for the unpaid debit order fee if someone on the receiving end can't follow processes and instructions . It's not the 1st time they lacked understanding a client's instruction .

My deposits have not been reflecting, I was asked to forward my proof of deposits, which was sent. I was told it takes 12-72 hours. It's almost a week I am still waiting . How many more deposits we have done and not realised such an error can occur . Very disappointed with the service

This is one of the worst to deal with. I have purchased tickets, received an sms the show is cancelled. I was given the option to change the date or request a refund. None kf these options available on the login page. I have sent several emails and communicated on the chat. No response whatsoever . What a *******

it was my 1st time taking a loan from ALoan, what a huge disappointment . They double debited my account. I provided the transaction history , the agent insists on a statement ., which gets generated 6th of every month. Clearly they lack knowledge how to use the transaction history .

RE: product disappointment
Hi I am so disappointed with the Kashmiri extra special masala on the 26 October 2024. The curry is so yellow as if I cooked with turmeric. I am totally disappointed, not like the masala is reasonably price. I spite of the many reviews I still gave it the benefit of the doubt to purchase. My question is what am I supposed to do with this product.
