I am having a personal loan with capfin which I have topped as the need arises. Last year Nov I couldn't pay my Nov instalment. One of their T&C's is the set off which I am aware of, however they keep on forcing a debit order every month since December and this set off are Dishonored because there's no enough funds, by the way I'm still paying their normal installment. As per the NCA before they do a st off they must be sure that there's funds . I have already had 3 set off which returned and they are impacting my cheque acc negatively and my account is about to be closed.

I have a credit card with std bank which fell in arrears in June I spoke to one of the collections consultant who advised that they can restructure my arrears and then my instalment to be R3800 and after paying that in June my next installment will be due in July. Now I'm getting calls from them they use a Vodacom line and bcoz I have a true caller it detected it as SPAM . Upon realising that it's not I unblocked the nr . When they call you hold for over 7 seconds for the person on the other side to speak( call centre) before then I asked the lady to please call @ 8 in the morning. They called @ 7h45 and I was driving. Now they have decided to refer my acc to the external debt collection agency.
I had a loan with capfin which was supposed to be paid off in Feb but due to some financial problems I finished it in March and there was penalty fees of R460 which I paid on 27/03 via EFT . On the 31st March I got a call that pmnt was not received. I told them I have aid and whilst on the line I send them the Proof of pmnt and realized that I haven't written the reference nr. The consultant gave me the correct ref nr. Now I'm having endless calls now the balance has increased because the pmnt is still not allocated ..
It's over 2 months I've asked the company for an original contract due to my dispute with the instalment which they have increased as per their policy their instalment does not change. They have instead referred my account to the attorneys for collection.
I had a loan which I took out in June 2021 with a repayment of less than R2700. I have paid an upfront monthly of R1400 which I had an impression that it was the ignition fee.They have been debiting the agreed amount until one months when my salary date was the weekend and I did indicate when I app**** that my salary date doesn't change even if it's the weekend I stopped my debit order and paid via eft. I did report this to hello Peter and they agreed that my instalment date be @ least the 23rd to cater my date and agreed with the lady to reinstate the debit order until today.My acc recently fell in arrears due to some financial constraints and was called by the collection dept. I asked them to send me the statement to my surprise they have increased my instalment to over R3000 . I asked the guy to send the original contract to date nothing. I have paid R300 for over 36 months, where is the money and the upfront payment.
I have a contract with Mtn since Nov 2023;of R399 . My debit order has been going successfully ever since. However I was surprised when today they debited over R500 . I always buy extra data of R179 which is 15GB pm because they give me only 2GB .

Above is the message that I received on the 18/07 when I tried to cancel my contract that ended in June because we need to inform them to cancel the contract failing which they continue to debit. When I spoke their consultant he promised me that the contract is cancelled after he tried to convince me to take another contract.
I took an insurance with Santam in 2020 and has never claimed ever , last year October my car was hit by hail not too much then I struggled to login my claim but because the damage was not too much I didn't mind. So early this year I decided to lodge a claim due to ive never made a claim. I was told to get the date of the incident to which I did and yes my claim was approved. I was allocated 2 guys to handle my claim and I have never received a call from them even though I explained that my primary phone rejects nrs as spam. I called the office and was told the guy who was handing my claim was off and left msg to date no call. The reason I wanted to confirm how much is my excess and also to include the cover of my side mirror which was knocked by hail but fell after some days whilst driving on N4. After Santam accepted my claim I received something like a survey about my experience with the claims dept to which I repeated the same that no one has ever contacted me even though I left msg . I was even refused their email address bcoz another worry is that I have a courtesy car on the policy so the ppl who were appointed to do repairs said my job is small so in 2to 3 days they will be done . So for the courtesy car I need to pay access of 1500 and after 3 days I must return the car and will get my 1500 in 14 to 21 working days. On 17.04 I took the car for repairs and decided to abandon the courtesy car. Today I decided to confirm how much is expected of me as access boom they told me I need to pay R5000 to which the lady from IT dent says she told me earlier which I thought she said R500 all of a sudden I'm getting a confirmation from one of the guy who was allocated to handle my claim The IT dent aren't the one to be explaining that but the insurer. I'm disgusted at the service of Santam they rip us off. , never had an access of an accident, hail been the same amount
I have an account with Truworths which fell in arrears because of a *****ulent activity on my acc , which the company acknowledged but they didn't care to explain what happened bcoz the ***** happened whilst I stay in Gauteng . They promised to rectify their mess however they didn't reverse the interest now they are threatening me with their demands. They have also not promised to rectify my credit bureau update.
