Bad quality
I used to only buy baby soft toilet paper, but then it got too expensive... I now only buy it when it's on special 2 weeks ago I bought a pack of 18 an the quality was bad. I emailed them they asked for pics I sent it... Until now I have not received any communication from them The bad has become terrible

Stale chips
I constantly buy the simba chips on a regular basis, but lately it hasn't been fresh Bought again thinking it was probably just that particular batch. I was very disappointed as the chips are not as fresh as they used to be Sent them an email, but it was ignored I can attach the pics with the dates as well
