This is ***** and Catfishing at best.I booked through Agoda ,who you cant reach as i tried for 3 days.I bboked at the residences that display a swimming pool that i needed for therapy.However their web page displays the Marriot hotels pictures, which has been removed from the images.Thet use several Marriot pic to market their brand.When approached they had excuses under the sun.All staff are aware of the **** and the MAaerrioy has the guest coming over to them to book in their and loose their money.I spoke to over 25 persons that have been duped.They need to be shut down.I requested a refund after my 1st day.They refused.The apartment that i was then given,nothing worked.Im going to lay a charge at the police.I have all the images and pics saved in case they remove and say im exaggerating
I ordered a deep frreze from Game.Online.It was deilverd bt Worcester store.The day they deliverd it the box was badly damaged.After they left i phoned the driver to tell him to come and pick it up as it was scratched and had 3 dents,as i had just unpacked it.He said he cant turn arround but would tell the store to replace.Week went by and herd nothing.Ih ad no alternative to use as my food was gona go off.I havent even attached the handle yet.Then the freezing doesnt work properly.Phomed on line.What joke and full of ecuses.I was within my days to swop it out.Now they say a tech must come out.Thats been weeks.Really pathetic and why should i wait i was delivred a damaged machine.Phoned Worcester Yesterday and spoke to the managefr who dropped the call and got his admin kady to phone me.Mass Mart shoul chatize them all this is bad.I spend a lot of money at your store in Worcester
I ordered a watch and they delivered the wrong one.They picked up a week later and delivered a new one.The same inncorect one as the 1st one.They picked up 10 days ago and im waiting for my refund to no avail.No communication at all despite 20 e mails to them.
I have had the most disgusting service from Samsung.10 calls and 15 e mails and 3 whatsaps to their company.This goes about a Tv which i used 3 times.Everything is wrong with it.I have a 24 month warranty.Im crippled and use the Tv for monitoring from my lap top.Ivr requested to speak to a manager and they refuse me access to a manager.What kind of company is this?I need this tv urgently now the techenician says his ordered parts and will talke a while,All the parts equate to a new Tv???? does that make sense that they cant just swop the inferior item out.
Good day all About a year ago i changed from Outsurance to Discovery.It was by default a drop down screen with their adverti*****t. Saying send you current policy schedule in and we will give you a quote.Which i did and was accepted at Discovery.A few months later i had a claim and they repudiated it saying i wasnt honest when i joined them and didnt disclose all to them.Which i did.I have the e mails as well as the recordings the day i joined them.Even asked the consultant if he received my schedule and he said yes.So they then had my entire insurance pedigree.They said i wasnt truthfull.I was in all.They had my schedule and could see ,y claims history which came in to dispute.Then the consultant that signed me up was all over the place with his questions and doesnt let me conclude sentences, I have all the recordings.Ive tried reaching Mr Robert Attwell ,but they block me getting to speak to the CEO.This is disgusting.If any ***** is been committed its them.The staff that assisted me are not competent at all.
Iv written 2 reviews.I have sent Nedbank legal and client feed back over 60 e mails without exageration.Not 1 e mail back to solve my problem.It is disgusting.The CEO needs to be aware how schocking it is
Since my last review i have sent 25 e mails to Nedbank legal department and to 2 senior managers. Not 1 response can you believe it.Not even a courtesy e mail in return.It is disgusting!!!!
I have been with Nedbank for 20 years. Recently i have had a legal issue and were dealing with them.2 gentlemen in fact that promised to come back to me and after 20 e mails to them and client feedback and their legal department they still haven't had the courtesy to come back to me.It is disgusting how they have treated a client and its their own misgivings that has led to this issue to start with!
Disgusting service,They repudiated my claim and said i didnt give them all the facts.Well i did.I have the rcordings 1 .15 seconds in the conversation i asked did you receive my policy from my previous insurer.He says yes.I will phone you back as soon as i capture it So they had my whole pedigree..nothing was left out
