I guess Sanlam only respond to people on hello Peter I sent emails twice and still no help after here I’m going straight to the ombudsman I promise, I wanted to check if my banking details were changed from the 2 pot I pretended as if I’m claiming as soon as it get to banking details I see that they changed I decide to just cancel everything I even took a screenshot on the 5th on much when I go back and check again my money is missing how is that even positive because I didn’t claim and the money that is missing is the one I pretended to claim how is that possible I sent emails after emails nothing
My mom pays for WiFi but we need to always make sure we have data ,every month maybe 5times their network is down no internet access , their service is very very bad ,if you looking for fibre that doesn’t work try metro fibre especially if you working from home, thank god it’s a month to month will be changing it this month I gave it to many chances
Good day I know last year and this year I was very hard on Medshield medical aid honestly I hated it and it seems like you were listen to us no more waiting forever for authorisation, no copayments on lot of things I’m very happy I convinced lot of my colleagues to change to you guys since it was changing season We always complain when things are bad we we don’t say anything when things are good Thank you Medshield
Their client service is BS to be honest I just wanna change my banking details on my portfolio was transferred from 1 place to another when I got to that place the consultant decided to keep quiet till the call ended I have a recording coz I was calling with work phone if you need it if this is how you treat your clients I really don’t want my pension fund with you guys

Do not put a child that is under the age of 18 as a beneficiary on your life cover and it's sad that consultants don't advise accordingly when it come to that coz they no your child will never get the money, my mom paid for life cover then she passed away at home they couldn't claim coz they Sanlam told my uncle I was under the age I should wait for 18years till I can claim I turned 18 went to assupol branch the lady who was assisting me told me policies that are old they don't have time for them i must go I've been trying to get hold of Sanlam they hang up my calls so you guys are saying my mom trusted you with her money to **** me?
Why is your service so not unprofessional, I sent an email yesterday my account is locked, you sent me email back then send another email saying the one you sent was not meant for me but you used the same ticket number😳😳😳is our information safe you guys can send wrong emails to clients, till now I haven't got any email, tried calling you guys it's just hang up your service is poor
Opened a life policy I think 4 months ago I was honest with everything I was placed under a normal life cover and I was told to go to the doctor I told them I'm busy I can't go to that hospital I asked them to cancel my policy which I was called by a consultant tried to convince me not to cancel I explained I told her I recently did test with the doctor why don't we use the test I was told ohk they will call now they just wanna find out with the underwriters which I was not called the same day my debit order went thru the second time I was called after my debit went thru they told me to send the results n all of that then they kept quiet my debit other went thru the third time now I'm called today that I can't be covered I must move to another plan which is expensive I told them to cancel n refund me I was told no refund, so you collect premiums for 3months then you telling me I'm not covered and I won't get the refund, it's either I get the money or we going to the Ombuds I can't give you my 3 premiums for free
Please remove my numbers from your data base I did not asked to be called for any funeral cover and also I'm not gonna be called 100 times to take funeral cover I do not need REMOVE MY NUMBERS
Writing this review on behalf of my sister who had a funeral cover with Vodacom, our insurance company paid all of them beside vodacom guys do not take out a vodacom funeral cover they do not pay at all, it's the worse insurance company I'm warning you do not take out anything with vodacom they good at selling homes nothing more, we are still wait for pay out
