I have a cancelled policy that is still showing on my credit report as open. I’ve been calling and emailing since last year Dec, nothing has changed. I am told every time that an email will be sent to the bureau. It’s been over 2 months with no change, mind you the policy was cancelled when I got out of debt review last year October. The call centre people be giving run around with no help.
FNB giving me a runaround with a refund. Closed my Lona account with them on the 27th of October and Hyphen made a payment to them after the account was closed on the 29th. They asked me to send them proof of payment of which I did, but now it’s not enough, how, I don’t know. This is very tiring, I just need my money back, R1560 for someone who just got out of debt review is a lot.
Shocking experience at Pick n Pay Hyper Branckenfell. We bought a Defy Washing machine, delivered by the store but then kit was faulty. The time we bought it the floor assistant gave us Defy contact number, of which we used as the machine didn't work. The technician came the following day and confirmed the machine is faulty and it must be replaced. Sent the report to Defy. Defy called us , the machine will be replaced, PnP should come and fetch the machine while replacing it. A week went by, we tried to contact PnP, the person who picked up the call just say they will transfer the call to the correct department, the phone rings but then goes to voicemail. We went in the following day and met with one guy called Brian, Firstly he was not happy we contacted Defy (remember we were given Defy's number in case the machine has issues). Then without checking he said Defy didnt contact them regarding the faulty machine, He wentoto some office then came back with a letter which says Defy has authorised the replacement of the machine, PnP must let them know when the faulty machine is in store so that they can collect it. Its a week now and PnP has not collected the machine and they are not even saying anything. We tried to contact them on the number provided by Brian, the lady answers, but then says she will transfer the call to the correct department. Phone rings a few seconds then goes to voicemail. No one at PnP is saying anything, we paid the machine cash. They have our money and they do not care nomore. Poor service no wonder they are closing stores - Poor service not only in government, at PnP Brackenfel too.
I bought Loadshedding backup at Game Zevenwacht, using pay just now. I had to return it because it was faulty. I was informed that they will cancel with order with pay just now and return the money. Over a week later, I called pay just now, was advised they didn’t receive any communication from Game. Agent I was talking to advised they only need 1 email, Game has failed to just send 1 email. I am waiting for my money, no update and when you call the store you advised someone from admin will call you. Game service is the worst, I just need my money back.
Uber drivers are ****ming us. They drive on slowest lane and get delayed , when you reach your destinity the fare has doubled. They do this deliberately. i question them a couple of times why are you using the slow, jammed lane while other lanes are open. But they will give you a very vague reply and continue on jammed lane. at the end your fare is very high. Uber themselves careless as its more money for them.
Who is really responsible for this company that's terrorizing us? we do not know who they are, and they have just listed us as people who owes them. Its time we let the minister of finance, the media houses, finance ombudsman, Public protector knows about them. Emotional damage they are causing us is unbearable.
These people sent me a settlement letter and i settle, then they sent me an email saying i still owe some money, of which i didnt understand and i still dont. A few days i go i called them and the gentleman i talked to said to me he can see that the bill is settled. I asked for a settlement letter , still nothing came through. Funny their name is still on my dashboard, as if i owe them anything.
if there was a minus 1000 rating, i would give that and lower. Still, they have their name listed on my dashboard as people that i owe. It's about 3 weeks now and it's for the first time i see this name. They are out to ruin poor people's name and are very proud of that. i wish there was someone who can help us with these people.
I started with this people last year, the journey was smooth until just now. I noticed that their balance amounts for my creditors were higher than the balance I got directly from the creditors, when i questioned after lot of phone calls, I was told to wait for an email that I have not received. Whenever you call, their turnover time increases by 24 hours. January is the first month of paying creditors, my home mortgage is short paid, I’m already in arrears. I am expected to pay money I was not informed of so I can prepare. I mean they know how much was expected. Responsibility should be taken when allocating funds. I am really starting to regret my decision. They don’t care, for them it’s all about making money, making sure they are paid without care of what happens to you.
I do not know who these people are and i found them listed as people i owe. i had never heard from them in my whole life. Now they are ruining my credit score. Very ***** firm.
