have a contract R140..now i see on invoice i get charged R75 intrest a momth extra..phone them ( no manners) send email ( no reply) phone game who i got contract through..they cant explain why..so now?? no never again
my son has a rent to own tv from teljoy for 17months..now hes getting sms from tv licenses he owes R543.43 because teljoy never paid..hang on for customer care for 30min then they cut the call..what the hell
my settlement account was R2851..i paid altogether R3058 so i can close the account..now they refuse to refund or voucher amount i paid too much..close account *****
signed up for fibre..received my INVOICE R607 for November( no router so cant use)..2 days later received router(used one) cant connect as broken..logged complaint..spoke to 5different people including 2 technicians..so R150 airtime later no fibre and no one can tell me when they will bring my router( hopefully one that works) but i must make sure there debit order money is in bank..what happened to customer service?! very disapointing
write email after email..no response no call back..try phoning them no answer..from day 1 been a waste
took out a new contract..got recycled number so now i get calls all day from people the past person who had number owes money to..i ask for new number( not my fault) i have to pay for it!why they gave me a old number that i already paid for..really bad
my contract lapsed so im month to month for last year..on 5/8 i cancelled giving my 30 days notice..which they now say will only be cancelled on 1/10 as i ccan only cancel on 1st of month but contract says 30days? well bye your service lags anyway cant wait to be finished
in 2014 i took out a funeral policy..the premium is adjusted yearly( not cover just premium)..in a email i read about premium back benefit get 6 months premium back every 3years..when i phoned i dont qualify my policy too old..i can upgrade it but i wont be covered for 6 months...so well done fnb your old loyal customers mean 0 to you..

after buying a speaker on credit for R7300...and paying since 2023/11 R630 a month my son went to settle the account and had to pay R7500..how? what did he pay for nearly 2 years? disgusting dont even getting discount for settling early
