I bought my items on the first and they have not been delivered feel snatcher is just a **** waiting to see nect week before i go on my social medias and give my true opinion about snatcher they dont even communicate
The restaurant in Sun City is extremely racist, on 2 days I was being given negative attitude cause we were a group of 12 black people.blOn the first day I called a waiter and she rushed to the table behind where she was never called because it had white people and second day it was they were able to sit a table of 15 whites that booked after me so I really felt its a racist restaurant
I am on a month to month contract with cartrack, I have been paying for their device to be in my car while the device is not working from July. They expect me to be always checking the device on my fone to see if it working truly speaking will I have peace of mind with such. After discovering I m paying for a service they not providing they ask me pay R600 to repair the device truly speaking? I feel I have been short changed and I am not sure how many more of their customer have the same problem. To me this is daylight robbery cause I paid for a service that was never rendered. Anyone who can assist
Just imagine your account with money, they are rejecting debit orders so that they can charge you R150,00. You now have to run around and ask the service provider to reissue the debit instruction. This is an appalling service I am ****ed off moving bank immediately
I wish to express my dissatisfaction with Kulula as I was supposed to fly to Zimbabwe on the 28th March and I failed due to an urgent business which I had to attend in Nairobi. I did try and call your contact Centre from there but unfortunately I failed to get through due to the remoteness of the area I was working from. I then traveled to Zimbabwe to continue with my business. Today Sunday 08 April 8, 2018, I then went to the airport to my disgust I was told I could not fly because I had missed the other flight. I was then asked to buy another ticket because I had not flown the other leg so I had to folk out another 4268, and I tried using 2 cards to balance off the transaction twice and it was declined. I then transfer into one account and made the payment. When I got back to Joburg I have discover that my money was debit in another account for 518.76 from my Nedbank account and the culprit was still Comair. Please tell if it was you how would you feel about Comair, I doubt you will not agree with me if I say Comair has robbed me and is it a wrong statement Worse still they drop you on the phone when you inquire
I had an emergency which needed me to be hospitalised immediately, I went to Waterfall Hosp and got treatment. I had to go under an MRI scan which they paid and they are unfortunately refusing to pay for my hospital admission on the reason that I was supposed to use a hospital in their network when the was an emergency. I have queried and the asked me to get motivations which I did and they are still declining my claim. Seriously speaking I am wondering when one is at a stage of life or death do you have the luxury to look for a hospital to get treated. if there are any medical aids with better offerings please do contact me I m on my way out of discovery immediately
I wish to express my disgust with Makro Online services, they dont communicate and when you inquire with the management they are not hands on as if they are working for conman. The answers that you get are just as if your money was stolen and it is unrecoverable. I bought a xbox on friday 24th Nov and up to date no sms for collection has been sent, I have called the store they dont answer I have tried the headoffice its just same as the stores. Is this the gobal Makro practice I wish not.
Good day, I am so frustrated with the Makro team and call centre, I have called them twice trying to track my order, the customer service agent I support to has a degree of bad attitude. I hang up due to frustration and tried calling again and seems there is no one handling the calls I was on hold for about 45 minutes being transfered to more than 8 people do this store have a manager to really. I am so disappointed with Telkom billing, they have set a debit order that runs on the 14 of every month for me and it is way after the agreed date of the 1st of every month. I noticed my debit order did not on the 1st, I called their call centre and was answered by a totally confused agent who did not know what a debit or credit is. In disgust I did make payment for the missed debit and to my surprise on the 14 again a debit of 1500 is taken again I call the call centre and it the dump agent again oh my good Lord I hope Telkom will look at their accounts and provide a better service. Imagine I have 4 contract with them if I am to move what will that mean to them.
Telkom has become the worst nightmare for me. I bought an ASUS device from them in March it broke in May. I took it in for repairs on the 25 of May and it has not been returned. The deal from Telkom offers me data on a monthly bases and expires if not used, in this case I am buying data for my son as his device has been broken and Telkom cant tell when it will be repaired.<br> <br> I logged a complaint on Hellopeter and they called to make as if they are working on it.From the day I logged a complaint Telkom went into a deep hole. <br> <br> Ref No for the repair 72185162. Last time you call to ask for the ref no there it is. please don't call to apologise its not acceptable just resolve the issue and bring a working device period
