Good day, i purchased on the 01/02/26 two Grade 6 text books , when the 1 book arrived i followed up regarding the second book i was advise that i selected the ebook, i asked if we can do a credit as i want the hard copy they say yes, i was instructed to send an email on the 03/02/26 requesting the credit and new quotation which a did, a week passed by, no reply on my email, i phoned the gentleman explain and apologised, i received the credit and new quotation, i made the payment on the 09/02/26 which is the difference between the credit and new quote, again a week passed with no response, I phone yesterday 17/02/26 spoke to a Nigel which was supposed to follow up with accounts and came back to my which didn't happen, this is bad service and my child urgently need his text book.
I Did an online purchase today, the things i order was not in but full amount was deducted, they didn't even phone to ask if i want a substitute of the products that is out of stock. when i phoned to explain, they said the said they dont have that particular product and they will refund it and money will reflect in the next 7days...I am so furious as they could've gave a substitute product, this is bad service and unwilling to help.
Hi, On the 27 Oct 2024 I purchased online a black and cream match set. On the 28 Nov was the 1st time I had it on as the purpose of the purchase was for our year end function. At the venue I realized that something was not right and discovered that the back and between the legs was teared up. It was so embarrassing and needed to purchase by the nears shop which was pnp clothing for a pants. I emailed Mr Price on the 28 Nov @ 21H06 explaining my situation and asked that the pants be replaced. I got an email back from Kendall King stating that the matter was referred to the quality team, till date i haven't received any feedback. We Book a trip a few months ago Rondawel 5sleeper Adults 5 + 1child, , I ask if i can add an extra child age 3years old and pay the the extra cost as explain at prior booking , yesterday when did the indemnity form it was said that we cannot include the child and that we need to change the venue and pay an extra also R2000 i said for 4year old that doesn't take that much space. Its disgraceful that a manager wouldn't accommodate 3year old, as there is a sleeper couch available in the booked rondawel, it was explain that i should take a slanghoek vila to accommodate the 3year old with an additional amount of +- R2000 which is really pathetic. I place an order for fibre line to be install, on the 20th they came, the gentle men then exain that someone else needs to come with the router, they are misleading in the advertising and nou saying that a R250 delivery fee must be paid so that the router can be delivered. They have a the worse customer service, very rude and not willing to help. Will not recommend this provider, if Afrihost(vumatel) was in that area i would highly recommend people to use Afrihost (vumatel).
On the 28 December 2023 i went into the store to cancel my contract, they struggle to get to my account, afterwards it was discovered that there is no end date on my contract, they explain Vodacom moved over to a new system and that the date did not filter through, they will have to update it and contact me, they never contact me, in Jan 2024 i phoned again, spoke with 3 people again telling me they will phone one back, I stated that, that is an internal issue and its not my problem, I phoned again on the 5 Feb 2024 and finally got someone that was willing to help me, after explaining we conclude that the contract term is over and that the contract is now canceled and i owe vodacom nothing. Lately i got calls tell me dat i am handed over to debt collection telling me that i am liablefor the Feb billing because it invoice was already issued when i canceled, i explained i was canceling this contract since Dec 23 and that i gave them notice way in advance and that they should listen to the recording of the 5 feb 24@ 9. This morning i got a sms from my credit score and they have make arrears 4 months
