warranty claim gone bad. I claimed on a warranty 3 weeks ago, submitted my documentation and was told a technician would visit my home a week later, didn't happen, called and was told it would be the next week, that was today. on calling the service center I was told that the ticket was cancelled. worst service ever.
Excellent service, knowledgeable agent, polite and to the point. Changes made to quote in follow up call within 5 minutes. Thank you for your assistance
I have never received any assistance from MTN and today was no different. I was contacted by someone who told me that there was a sim swap attempt After a whole bunch of sms messages the call was completed, 2 minutes later i saw that there was an mtn me 2u for R93. The response from mtn was pathetic. No assistantance from mtn at all

Amazing inefficiency more than 2 years ago I did an upgrade and received the wrong phones. I returned the phones and was given the correct ones. I am still being billed for these phones I have been to mtn so many times to no avail. Recently the office told me they cannot help and I must send e mail directly to mtn. Pathetic, terrible service
The worst possible service yet!! I joined afrihost in October as I had to give vox notice of 1 calender month. Service to start 1 Dec. On or about 27 Nov I checked to see that the transition would be done smoothly. I had my own wifi router so the switch over should have been seamless. 2 weeks later and hours on the whatsapp service, having to buy a wifi router 2ce with no luck. But wow, I must say they were fast to demand payment and offer no assistance. If I could give any less than a 1 star rating I would
I had a fibre contract with vox for many years, even in the days before fibre. I was told that the hardware remains mine after 2 years. On termination of my contract to go to a more affordable service provider I was told this again. What they don't tell you is that they block the hardware so that you can't use it anyway.
This is the worst Wendy house construction I have encountered, No door frames, doors mounted directly onto studs, 6.5mm ceiling board not dry-walling used without studs on the walls. no fiber-tape used on joints 10mm "wet off saw" used in ship-lap style, corners exposed. no wall brandering used, ceiling board all bent Light fittings not mounted on brandering. No water piping done in walls. Electricity run to wendy from house on an extention cord, directly into the distribution board. levelling of wendy done on cinder bricks and planks Roof sheeting has gaps showing light through. Bathroom not installed, Contractor wanted a final payment but has not completed, contractor currently not answering calls
