I am writing with great disappointment and urgency to the medical aid review center regarding the plight of pensioners who continue to contribute to a medical scheme yet receive no services in return. It is unacceptable that essential MRI scans are being denied, and elderly members who have devoted over 50 years of their lives to this scheme are being turned away when they need critical treatments. To Transnet pensioners still paying for medical aid: after six decades of contributions, it feels as though our payments are completely in vain. Now that we need these services more than ever, they refuse to authorize necessary MRIs. It would be wiser to save your money rather than face this ongoing neglect.
I am so disgusted witg Sicty60 service!!!!! I reported a misbehaviour of a driver....now I am blocked on the App. I am a valued customer and cannot believe that they take this action. I'll gladly elaborate on this matter if needed. Shame to you Checkers!!!!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Herm**** Clicks regarding their policy for exchanging broken utensils. It is unacceptable that every time I return a broken utensil within the guaranteed period, I am met with nothing but excuses and excuses. The staff at Herm**** Clicks have consistently refused to exchange broken utensils, leaving me with substandard products that are not fit for purpose. This is completely unacceptable and is a clear reflection of the poor quality control measures that are evidently in place. As if the broken utensils were not bad enough, the customer service I have received from Herm**** Clicks (Main Road) has been pathetic. Each time I have approached them with my concerns, I have been met with indifference and a complete lack of empathy. The way the manager treat me as a customer in front of other customers is also embarrassing. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Herm**** Clicks to think twice before doing so. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand by their own policies is appalling and should not be tolerated. I will be taking my business elsewhere and would encourage others to do the same.
Most pathetic quality product and service. Bought a new bed and after a 2 months, bed's mattress was faulty. They replace it and same happened again after 3 months. This time however the bed was just looked at fròm a distance with mattress protector still on. I received a letter stating that they reccommend a cover for almost R3000 to cover their problem. This mattress is the worst!!!!! Spend R17000 on this malfunction mattress. The interest was so poor...I was asked to take a photo of the lot number the following day. Wish I have read all the reviews before I bought from Cloud nine...because they don't take any responsibility. You buy and then have to tolerate this very poor quality, yet very expensive mattress.
Quick proffesional service at lower price than anywhere
Gave in phone for repair of screen, but rejected because sim was not in phone since November. Ridiculous. Not going to leave it there. Ombudsman, here I come. Strange that there is no refuse to take payment on installments
