I'm without power for 3 days now because a switch tripped outside in the street and every time I phone them they say no one has been allocated wait and see tomorrow if nothing phone in again and see, the reference number is CP3460505
I made payment for tax and duties on Temu order on the 28th of May and now they sending me a reminder and link to make payment but I already have and gave the proof on my banking and have screenshots showing I made payment. When I phone them and complain they cut me off and put down the phone m, what the hell is wrong with them I want action taken soon as there is going to be legal problems
It is now a month including packaging and shipping on a Shein order number C25040200659056 , Shein emailed apologising for the inconvenience and that it's way passed the delivery date. Waiting to get a response from Skynet take days and not much help at all
I have used Rain for the Past 4 years now and now I'm experiencing hell with Rain, I wrote a review already pertaining to making payment on my account I emailed them the proof of payment 4 time and phoned them now 10 and not one damn thing is done they don't give a ****, they either end the call or tell me they will escalate or forward the information to the billing"bull****" department. For a week now nothing has happened and no one has resolved the issue and not a work for any of the consultants saying that my service will be restored I ****ing paid R569 to Rain for nothing might as well have flushed it down the toilet instead.
I'm struggling to get my internet restored with Rain, what happened was on the 20th of March on the RainGo app I made a promise to pay which I made a R50 payment and on the 1st of April I made the remaining payment of R519 which come to a total of R569 then on by the 3rd they cut the service, I contacted them and asked what's going on they said I didn't make payment so I said I made the promise to pay through the RainGo app through card payment, so the lady said send the email with the screenshots of payments attached and the billing department will correct it the following day it's so cut off and I contacted 4 tube that day sending emails with the screenshots of payments and the 4th gentleman I spoke too said that he will send a follow Up to the billing department with the attachments and Reference: 32273320 , since then I'm sitting without a service that I have paid for and I'm not getting any help from Rain
I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Buffalo couriers which were supposed to deliver on Friday the 3rd of may which they failed to deliver then it was handed over to FastWay couriers on Monday be the 6 the street waiting the whole week this Friday the 10 I saw it's out for delivery and it's almost there closing time so I contacted FastWay via phonecall and the lady said that it was placed for delivery van for Bedfordview but my the details to where I live is in Germiston South Wychwood now they say they sorry and the weekend they don't deliver and fed up with this kind of service, I don't know if I will ever see this parcel and it's complete incompetence of FastWay workings

I made a instant eft payment on the first of March as I received a email stating that I need to make a payment as they have not received any payment from me. Now is been a month almost and they have not located my payment and they haven't tried once to contact me about the matter and now they debiting for the last payment along with the current debit. This is complete nonsense how can you guys operate like this literally stealing money from customers
I m on the family package ror R265 a month. A month ago they started charging me R465 for the package including reconnection fee which is total obsurde and they don't want to correct the amount saying that I owe them money for precious months but I have always paid the total month I always get by sms that they send . This is complete utter nonsense.
