Firstly, I want advise all NOT TO USE these people. Disputed the phone given to me cos the sales person told me that the phone was a Note15 and was worth R13000 to R14000. Phone received was a Ulephone, (never heard of this phone prior), and, the phone was a 3G phone. I stated that I was misled and they back to me saying that this was not the case. I asked for the recording which they said they will send to me in 72hrs. They debited my account on 12 December as opposed to the normal end of the month. Called them, they apologized for the early debit and also for not informing me of the early debit as they were supposed to. Asked for a Manager, said she was busy and she will call me back. I will get my lawyer to sort this out.
Was a tad confused at first because I did not deal with this company when I saw this on my credit report however, I soon learnt that this was a company called Cash Balance with whom I did deal with. Cash balance was ready to assist me when I needed it most. I have no issues with them.
4 stars only because of miscommunication but in the end, my package was delivered before time and they were willing to assist and were extremely accommodating. Will recommend or use them in the future.
My preloaded card is not being accepted as I am trying to make an early payment towards my account, i.e. comes back as, "Sorry! An error has occurred: transaction declined (invalid card)". I've never had a problem like this before and I have always received great service so I am quite surprised. I called my bank to confirm if my card was ok and they gave it the all good. Attempts to email, chat, call, is proving to be futile. Nobody is responding??? Very strange. If you get this message, please call me so as to see why I cannot pay towards my account.
Dear Discovery Bank You guys are not human. You have doubled the amount that I owe you. And further more, my medical aid is linked and you are more than happy to forfeit the amount that is left over at the end of the year from my medical aid??? Circumstances arise that puts us in these situations and you are not willing to budge.
I've app**** and was turned down many times. As soon as I am declined, they immediately send me an email or SMS saying that I could qualify for one of their products, then get declined again...and it goes on???
Hello...I realize that I owe you money. I have been paying since October 2023 and my credit report still shows that I am in arears. Surely this should reflect as "active" as apposed to "in arears". I called Risima, your debt collectors who confirms that I have been paying. We must rectify soonest. Please contact me.
Happy with service. All my calls are answered and feedback received via email, (takes a short while but I do receive feedback). I have been using this facility for 3 months now and has helps during those not so good time. Appreciated!!! Keep it up!!!
I haven't been given a limit yet however, I would like to commend Kedibone for her patience and transparency. It's ok if I am not approved as I will need to work on my issues however, I would still recommend Payflex.
