My contract expired 12/03/2024, I gave a month notice on the 12/02/2024, I was informed and changed to pay as you go, I was told by the lady that my last premium would be in March which was R409.01, this month I get told I have to pay R177,71. I have been continuously messed around by MTN, the Towers branch confirms that my phone has already been changed to pay as you go and so has my app on my phone
I have had a policy with Avbob since 2012, they sent me a message to upgrade my policy, when I call them I can't get through, when I finally got through to the switchboard, I told them that if she cuts off the call I'll write to hellopeter, and again I was cut off.
Woolworths online is not up standard, I was debited twice for infer order because I have a Capitec MasterCard. You cannot process a debit card as a credit card, when I called for the second time they told me it would take 48 hours for the amount to be reversed.
On Tuesday 5/01/2015 I had to present proof of Address for my mother to open a bank account, My details on my municipal bill was incorrect and they picked it up straight away, although I was irritated Leah and the Assistant Manager both kept calm. I was actually at the point at wanting to close my own account but they both kept calm and performed their duties professionally. So proud to be banking with Capitec bank, in fact all the branches I have been too are very professional.
On Saturday 28th at 18h15 I placed a call to the Vanderbijlpark Nando's, I ordered two Burger meals that come with a buddy coke, when the delivery arrived an hour later we were minus a coke and the food was ice cold and the coke was warm., I phoned to complain and the manager who wouldn't come to the phone. Will never get food there again.
Thembile is always friendly and competent in all he does, so nice to know you can count on someone like him to help. In fact they are all very helpful and do their job to the best of their ability.
If only all businesses were as pleasant and efficient to deal as the Service department and the Renault Vaal. I have never had a problem, they are always pleasant, they always go the extra mile for their customers, especially their receptionist.
After calling the battery centre last week, my car battery keeps going flat, we waited the whole day because the receptionist can't take directions, they only arrived after four pm, they tested the battery and told me the battery is still full but a little flat and that if I have a problem that they would come and help me, the receptionist with her little attitude problem tells me they only have one driver and she doesn't care about my business. I don not appreciate being shouted down by a arrogant bully that thinks she is in charge. This lady should not be dealing with the public.
