I am appalled with the service of Steers Westville and their complaints department is even worse honestly!! I placed and order on the 11th of January 2026 I then made a complaint same day about the horrible meal I received, the time I received it and the app failing to work. I only received a response via email on the 3rd of March then today on the 9th I received call from someone who said she received my complaint today on for her to just say "yhooo I am so sorry ma'am I will give you my personal number so if you want to order you can call me" but she ended the call without giving me the details which goes to show that they don't really care they are doing things just for the sake of it.
I am utterly disgusted with Velociti couriers!!! Their employees are using the company number for personal matters and harass people!! They refused to lay a formal complaint for me and I demand a proper investigation!
Hi, I am utterly disgusted about how Capitec bank from Eastern Cape located at the plaza allows their employees to use their work phones for personal matters. A girl by the name of Zizo Nokayi is using Capitec is dating my friends husband and she is using the company phone to call and harass her. Aren't the company calls suppose to be recorded and why are employees allowed to use company phones to harass people during working hours? Capitec has nothing to do with the infidelity yes but using the bank phone to call and personal 17 times a day just to harass them is extremely unprofessional.
I am extremely upset and disappointed!! I bought Tommie tippee bottles from Baby city at the Pavilion few months ago before my delivery. I have only been using these bottles for 2 weeks and they are leaking. Everytime I feed my newborn she always wet. I would like to know what is the process of returning them for a refund because this set is expensive and it is not suppose to leak at all! I would like to take it back and get a different brand, paid around R700 for leaking bottles I have only used for 2 weeks.
I am deeply disappointed by Tommie tippee and I cannot let this go because the set I bought is very expensive. Months ago before I gave birth I bought their bottles from BabyCity at the Pavillion mall as they were highly recommended and had good reviews on tiktok and I am not happy with them. These bottles do not close properly causing them to leak on the sides, when closed you can see that it is not straight or clipping properly. Everytime when I am making a fresh bottle I need to at least try to close it a hundred times and sometimes I am successful and sometimes they leak. I would like to know the process of returning them as I have used them but I am disgusted by the results, my newborn is always wet, cause her to have a fungal reaction on her neck.
I am appalled by the service at Mr price Pavilion and I am only giving them one star because I don't have an option for half a star. I am 4 months pregnant and classed as high risk, and I was asked to join a very, very long queue just to exchange one pair of flops. I spoke to a lady an Indian lady with a name that starts with N and explained my situation I was told with so much attitude that pregnant people as well as elderly people do not get "special treatment". I decided to leave without exchanging my item and as I was leaving I could see the line full of elderly people and this one elderly man could barely stand. The lines are extremely long and slow for no apparent reason and the other day I went there, they had two pay points so what happened to that? I had to go buy another pair at Pick n pay clothing and their service is impeccable, ended up buying 4 pairs. Mr price could learn a thing or 2 from Pick n pay clothing. Mr price is the only store in the entire mall that doesn't cater for pregnant and elderly people plus their service is nonsense, no one is ever available to assist you on the floor.
GL attorneys has the worse service I have ever seen and I am absolutely appalled with their service. My husband had an account which he settled but they continued debiting him even though it was paid off. We were supposed to receive a refund but they are giving us the run around and we want our money back! The account was handled by Samuel Hill and I wonder how he is still employed because of his extremely bad service. He is never available, unreachable, does not follow up or give a damn! This matter had to be resolved by FNB because he failed. We need a refund ASAP so we can cut ties with GL attorneys, at this point I don't even want to hear their name.
A few weeks ago I wrote a review here about FNB regarding my husband's revolving loan account that we had trouble closing, we went to FNB Pavilion branch and the Westville branch. I am happy to say that FNB handle this swiftly and it has been resolved. Thank you to Malusi Mdunge from the Pavilion branch who took his time, made sure that this is resolved, sent emails to different departments and Nerelene Naicker from the Westville who also assisted us, made sure to follow up and update us on this matter.
I am actually utterly appalled by the service my husband and I received from FNB. My husband had a revolving loan with FNB years ago which was handed over to GL attorneys, he then settled the amount via GL attorneys and got a paid up letter on the 23rd of September and we thought it was the end of it. Now we later find out that the account is still active with FNB, we then went to the Paviion FNB branch for assistance with the paid up letter requesting them to close the account but they did not help us. We are being sent back and forth and no one seems to know which department is the correct department to close this account. It has been 2 months trying to resolve this and we decided to go to another FNB branch in Westville, the same thing happened, no one knows which department is responsible, the lady called the revolving department who said to speak to the legal department, who then sent her back to revolving loan department. Emails have been sent by both branches but no reply!
I am honestly appalled with the service I have received from Budget insurance and the worst part is having to deal with their rude agents. I have asked to lodge a complaint and the call recording from an agent who was rude, chewing while on the call and talking over me. The lady said her name was Anne, she was a manager, that's what she said when I requested a manager and she dropped the call on me when I insisted to speak to a manager. I called again and requesting a manager or complaints process but I was given the run around, told that "all of the managers are in a meeting. They give excuses when you ask their complaints process and how to get the recording.
