I have spent 10 days in hospital for a bowl operation. Excellent service from Dr Nchabeleng and other supporting practicioners like Dr Lee-Anne Godinho phycisian. Dr's Engelbrecht phycisian, and Steyn neurologist were superb in managing my MG Excellent service from high care and general ward staff. Efficient and friendly all the way
Must have the worst customer support ever. What's app is a waste of time and logging calls just result in call number with no action. Been trying for 3 weeks to upgrade and all I have to show for effort is o double bill but no updated service. I have recently established that the 1year warranty given on Explora Ultra is a swop out with REFURBISHED unit. My impression is that one clients problem unit is the next clients replacement unit. Why do I say this? Twice now I have had units swopped out where the units in store were non functional and had to be replaced in store!!!

Multichoice is selling non functioning Explora Ultras as new and I believe they do this intentionally. Their equipment is sub standard and they are abusing their sole supply status. I have had 4 NEW replacements since Feb 24 and they all have the same problems. One new unit failed in the test centre!! Errors are: * Units just stop working * Units freeze when changing services or pausing * Units reboot when trying to play catchup titles * Units stop responding to remote reset. And so the list goes on. Do not buy the Explora Ultra. The quality is *******

***** was attempted with a card that I was issued and never used. It has been in my safe. This points to a breach by Standard Bank. I cannot get them to confirm how the breech occurred and then I read about people strugling to get reimbursed. OWN YOUR FAILURES.
