Support desk inexistent
Hi Sanlam could you please get someone from the Credit Department assist me with login into the Credit Solutions Dashboard. I tried using my last known login credentials with no success. Call the service dest and no one is answering your whatsapp bot is useless.

Poor belt quality
Bought a belt but was underwhelmed be the quality also the breadth is smaller than anticipated, the overall design is good. Returning it means I have to spent 400.00 on delivery costs for an 850.00 product so I chose to keep it not because I liked it but to avoid the costs. Not recommeded!!!

Refund paid
I am happy to sat that Medicus has refunded the returned order. I was skeptical after reading the reviews here people talking about not being refunded. All I can say is it took a bit of effort from me to keep things moving.

Payflex is here to finish us!!!
Please use this **** company's services cautiously. Recently I missed a payment 0f R550 and was told I will incur R125 penalty. Few days later I receive an SMS telling me I will incur another R375.00 if I do not pay in 7 days. Fortunately I was able to make a plan to settle the R550 + R125 and avoided the R375 additional penalty. I am asking myself what was going to happen had I not afforded to settle the payment. Payflex is here to finish us. Once you miss a payment even by a few hours they are quick to add penalties. Be carefull folks!!!!

Ordered twice from then and I live in Joburg. Delivery took 3days and products were in good conditions. I hope they will open a branch in joburg.

Slow Refund Processing!!!
Hi, ca you please advice regarding the refund for order LSSA-30686. Adriaan Louw promised to get this sorted but I've heard nothing from him since August 8th. I tried calling your online business and Head Office call centers but no answer. I trust that you will get this sorted ASAP, I am trying not to get too frustrated about this. 😐
