We used Cape Removals to move a three bedrooms house. From obtaining the quote , pickup and final delivery went without a hitch. Communication was excellent including follow up calls. The 4 man moving crew took utmost care of all my possessions. I recommend Cape Removals for a hassle free, and super competitive rates!!
Went for a dessert at 4pm - after 25 mins they came and told me they had to run out to buy banana as they had none - with a spar 100m away and 20 minutes still waiting- they don’t a thing about stock control and no apology!!!
My last three orders have all been WELL late. They indicate delivery of 5 to 10 days - BULL !!!! I have no booze in my order but again no explanation. They work on they give the best prices - quite true - but they have no idea of customer promises and service
There was a delay from the banks side - provided details to Suenett and in a few minutes all sorted and I had my token - PERFECT !!

I was having a problem linking meters. I got Christelene on the online line chat and what a pleasure ! She walked me through the entire process and looked for my payment docs etc and bang there was the token. Wonderful to deal with such friendly and knowledgeable people .. Well Done !!
What wonderful service !! WE all know how busy stores are on Black Friday .... this didnt stop the staff offering the most exceptional service. I went to purchase luggage for the family for our upcoming trip. Certain of the cases we were looking for were out of stock and the staff provided alternatives and also phoned to other branches to look for stock. They got us all sorted and we left the MOST happy customers. Well done !!
Really seems your loyalty app and [payment facilities are a joke. Had a business meeting at Century City yesterday and called for the bill. It arrived with no Snapscan/Zapper bar code or any scan code that I could use the phone app to pay and collect points. He said he will have to reprint and I have to scan a different code for for Zapper. After 5 min and about 4 waiters standing by the till totally confused, I paid cash and left. If you are going to offer these facilities and then you should make sure they work and the staff know how to use them
Wanted a scone and a cup of coffee. Asked to make sure the scone was fresh. It arrives hot on the outside and ice cold on the inside ie had spent some time in the microwave. Sent it back and started with my coffee ... finished and still no scone. Went to pay for the coffee and leave and told the fresh ones are just coming out the oven. Basically they lied the first time round and just shrugged it off = DONT GO THERE !!!
<p>This afternoon for a late lunch with a friend. A new item on the menu , duck salad - GREAT !</p> <p>No NOT !!!!</p> <p>Presented very well but ..... the duck was so overcooked that it was dry and stringy - I expected a bit of pick the way it should be.</p> <p><br />It gets worse ! Two bones that I almost choked on in my first bite ! Did not finish the duck but just the salad..</p> <p><br />Manager accepts its overcooked and that the bones were " unacceptable"</p> <p> </p> <p>But don't worry we won't charge you for the coffee !</p> <p><br />REALLY !!</p>
