Has to be by far the worse tracking company ever. They ignore me for months. Only talk to me when I don't pay them and still continue to ignore me. Really only care about getting paid and not providing the services they are paid to do.
If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. They keep lying and delaying my claim for 1 tyre. Acting as if I'm requesting 20 tyres or something. Absolutely horrible. Definitely can't rely on this **** company for insurance. Take your money elsewhere. They told me 24 to 48 hours now it's been 3 days and still nothing And I have to be the one to keep calling they don't tell me anything, I have to call. Horrible. Definitely don't recommend to anyone. Get insurance from their competition.
Constantly being ignored. I've been waiting and waiting I'm stuck with no Internet on my very first day as a client I've tried calling, and they offer 0 help.Everyone has a different opinion about me not having Internet but 0 solutions. Absolutely disappointed. Did not expect to start my relationship with web africa like this

Lynda from the nelspruit branch was so friendly up untill she concluded the deal and had her commission secured. Absolutely money hungry with no heart. 0 post sale assistance. True colours were shown once she got paid. It's like she's a completely different person. Horrible and would not recommend to any of my fellow investors to work with that agency again.
I gave my 1 month notice to cancel my subscription. I set the date of cancellation for the end of November. It's the 2/11 now and they've cancelled it already. It's a Saturday today, so the relevant team can't help because they only work during the week but they worked enough to cancel my contract basically a month before the time, leaving me stranded. Affecting my work. Absolutely terrible. Called the technician in the early hours, she said she doesn't see anything and I must wait for 8am but it's 8am and nobody in the relevant department is working. Vox just wants to take your money without providing decent service. Nobody is expecting great service yet they fail to provide decent service . All my friends complain about them as well. Why give me an option to choose cancellation date when you cancel is 4 weeks before the agreed date which even the agent that called me to confirm my cancellation told me the date I put. I set the date in relation to my work. My way of earning an income and vox agreed to it and did what they wanted in the end. Horrible service. Absolutely happy this is the end between Vox and I. Looking forward to using a better company which could basically be any company at this point since the bar set by Vox doesn't even exist .
They keep posting the same property as if it's located in multiple different areas. The EXACT SAME PROPERTY
Completely ignored once again. Not even acknowledging my complaint AGAIN. It's not the first time vox is doing this. Making it seem like I'm asking for help with a FREE service. Like you doing me a favour. Vox never fails to take money but when it comes to rendering the service you advertise, "24/7/365 support" you fail. Completely unacceptable
