I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the lack of communication and ongoing delay with my Vodacom parcel delivery. It has now been over 72 hours since I received an SMS from Vodacom indicating that Skynet would provide a waybill number and deliver my parcel. Despite multiple follow-ups: I still have not received a valid waybill number. When I called yesterday, I was assured the parcel would be delivered today, yet no delivery has taken place. Upon following up again today, I was given an incorrect waybill number, and your agent mentioned that the parcel has not been scanned in your system. This level of service and communication is unacceptable. The delivery was scheduled to my work office address, and I will not be available on other days to receive it. RAM provided a professional and efficient service.

I am being discriminated by Nedbank. I paid up my personal loan and now they say they can't send me the paid up letter because my account is on credit since they debited my personal account around the same time I settled my loan. I initially requested a discount on my settlement then they denied it due to the fact that I was under debt review and now it's been 2weeks and they still don't want to send me a paid up letter which I need for employment purposes, but they don't even care about that they now told me that I am only gonna get it after they refund the amount in question which is R1200, they said the refund process is 10 working days plus an additional 5 working days for account closure and an additional 5 days for requesting the paid up letter which will be 20 working days so I have already had to wait 10 days for a settlement letter. So basically I have to wait a total of 2months. All I'm asking for is a paid up letter, the refund and all the other stuff can come after please.
We recently visited Nando’s Northmead and was extremely disappointed with our meal. The chicken was burnt to the point of being inedible, and they gave us wrong sides. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality and service. This experience has left us questioning whether we will return to Nando’s in the future.
