Ons was al 'n vorige keer daar en het dit baie aangenaam gevind. Die nuwe opgraderings is ook 'n groot plus punt. Met die vorige keer het ons by die ingang gewoon. Die keer was ons in no27 aan die agterkant. Ons het Saterdag oggend uit gegaan en per ongeluk die verkeerde afrit geneem, dit was 'n "oneway" alhoewel ons probeer omverskoning vra het, het hulle by ontvangs baie ongeskik daarop gereageer. Ek voel dat dit totaal onnodig was, ons het bloot 'n fout gemaak. Dit was die eerste keer dat ons deur personeel so swak behandel is. Ek moes ons gaste omverskoning vra daarvoor, en hulle sal beslis nie daarin belangstel om lid van Holiday Club te word nie.
In September her 'n dame van AVBOB my terug ges***el i.v.m. my polis en die "Cash back" wat hulle gereeld op die radio adverteer. Sy het my 'n verduideliking gegee oor my polisse en gesê ek kwalifiseer vir 'n "cash back" op die 1ste November van R3000.00. Ek het my besonderhede aan info@avbob.co.za gestuur en hulle laat weet ek kwalifiseer nie. Hoe werk dit, of is al hul werknemers nie bekwaam genoeg om die navrae te hanteer nie.

Every qualifying member (those whose policies were issued on or before 30 June 2018) received their share of AVBOB’s R3.5 billion Special Bonus that has been credited to their AVBOB Reward Account. Our policies are well before 2018, but I did not know that there are different sorts of policies at AVBOB. I think they must include the sort of policies in the advertise ment.
I try to cancel one of my contracts for months now. I still have not receive a SMS to say that is has been cancel. I phone numerous times. I can write a new contract in minutes, but oh boy! don't want to cancel it. Vodacom Hartswater try to help me, thank you Tarien. I am a Vodacom customer since 1992, 33 years now, and this is the way they treat me. It is not their shop's people but the help line people. But Vodacom marketing people phone me non stop to upgrade! Sometimes more than once a day, they don't want to listen to my explanation. I am very disgusted with this.
I used to love to buy at sheet street. However, I bought a bed in one on the internet from their website. I receive it quickly but without any pillow cases! I phone there help number and the lady promise to get back at me. No one do, I send numerous e-mails without any reply. Not even sorry. I don't think I shall buy over the internet from them. I am very disappointed!
I always have a good experience with PUDO, however this time I have send a parcel to a locker, and for 2 days in a row I received: delivery failed. On their WhatsApp number I ask why, but did not receive an answer. My reference code is :8077346. It is Friday today and now must they wait until Monday for the delivery?
