Good morning Please assist I have a problems with Marie stop in Ghandi square ,my sister's child wen there for termination hence ahe is still at school . Everything was charged she was told it will all cost R3700 to terminate but unfortunately when the checked the months were more ao they would couldn't proceed with the procudur3 She was done scan only and advised the money will be refunded scan is R1800 they only paid R450 did follow up still nothing All I want is the rest tR1450 that is outstanding ,and it seems like they not willing to and I have all the prove needed of payment Please assist they cant be doing this when they only did half of the job but took the whole money for everything I just want my refund back hence im the one who paid using my debit card

Hi I lost my job 31 July 2024,on the 20 August 2024 I went to labour to apply hence I'm no longer working they asked for supportive document I went went to submit then I ssd told to come review on the 25 September 2024 I went back but only to find 1 paper was not recieved by them I had to print and give them.then I was told to come back after 2 week while I was waiting I got the below SMS from labour on the 16 Octover 2024 "Your Request for Payment has been received, it may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your banking account. #28668864 #UIF" Then after 7 days I ddnt get anything on the 29 0ctover 2024 I went back and I was told my claim has declined the lady I spoke to ddnt even want be be asked she just said it has been declined bye bye Why was I sent and then I'm told its has declined if it has while ddnt the SMS say it was declined I dont understand I need to know and way forward.Im not happy about the outcome the last time I went to them.

I'm am a grey cause it's been years this is happening there a d they are scared to talk so I decided to for those still working there and future workers I aslo believe there should be fovouriyes at work all. must be treated the same"

As the claims administrator, we must abide by the policy conditions. Hollard can only pay legitimate claims based on the terms and conditions of the policy. Hi I m referring to the review I sent earlier I understand the terms and condition of the policy however what I don't understand is anonymous claim was declined but was approved the account is paid the whole amount worse we were working for the same company I just don't understand why mine is not paid by the same insurer paid for anonymous,and paying insurance every month.the company is in liquidation as in now this is really not fair anonymous sent statement showing the account was paid off it's just that I can't share.
I lost my job on the 31 July 2024 I have an account with Truworths and have been paying my account every month at times even more, until now when I lost my job have been paying insurance I'm not going to mention the name but was advised by anonymous that when you lost the job you can claim hence you are paying insurance every month.We worked for the same company with anonymous before we lost our jobs. I then reported to Truworths of which they took time to assist but never gave up they asked for supportive documents I sent them cause I realise they are not assisting I added the insurer on the email when I sent supportive documents. I was then advised by iua it has been sent for review it will take 5 days but 5 days passed I then sent email that I'm still waiting then got SMS that said the claim was unsuccessful and email. I just want the account to be closed but will pay for this month cause when I called to notify them I'm not working I was advised from the beginning after I fiished I can cancel so they fail,I was avoiding such things cause I'm no longer working I cant afford to pay . It looks like we rounding in circles can they please closed the account the I will pay for this month cause I tried several times to call and talk to them but it never helped .I'm not happy with the treatment I got from vodacom I've been using vodacom before I took the fones.I never renewed any contract Feb 2024 I called for assistance ,it's been years now trying to resolve my query
Hi I have a big problem with Vodacom it's been three years now ,I didnt know what to do anymore, it all started when I took 2 contract fones on special okay I paid for the period I was given 24 months to settled it was on the 30/11/2020 I callefnVodacom toncamcelmtue contractnuence ainwas done paying. Inepoke to a lady who told.me they cant cancel because I wont be able to use my number anymore the number I've been using even before I took contract I was them advised I can take imagrade where I will be sent air time to keep my number .I took the offer them continued paying up until I paid more than agreement I called back to find out why am I paying more then it was fixed when I called the person I spoke to I ask him if I can't pay anymore can I cancel he said yes.I then kept on paying again the same problem of paying more happened. I called them to find out why am I paying more cause when I checked on my invoice I saw subscription I know nothing about I asked them to remove those subscriptions then the guy did but not only do that after the call when I got SMSes he updated the contract without letting me know I called back I was told they cant cancel cause its updated already .I lost my job July 2024 on the 31st I called them to tell them I want to cancel I cant pay anymore I'm no longer working the guy told me he can't because there contract end 2026 feb. I told him I know nothing about that he then said when I called it was updated I told him never called for that I want them to cancel he then said there is nothing he can do? he then said I must rate him I was angry I did not even rate after a day I got messages that its upgraded to my surprise its no longer air time but data and I never agreed on this I'm just ****ed off cause I told them I not working but they keep on sending messages for payment why cant then stop sending data then I will pay for this month then case closed Im so angry with vodacom Inregret taking contract fones from them .
