I am extremely disappointed with the service from Maboneng Fibre. My fibre connection constantly gives error messages, making it very unreliable. I work remotely, and a stable internet connection is essential for me to do my job smoothly. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. What makes this even more frustrating is that when I try to report the issue to support, their system also gives an error. So not only is the fibre not working properly, but I cannot even log a support request without encountering problems. The response time to queries is very slow, and the overall service has been highly ***********. This situation is affecting my work and productivity. I expect this matter to be resolved within 24 working hours. If not, I will continue to post daily reviews until it is addressed.
I am extremely disappointed with Rise Telecoms. My fibre connection is not working, and despite multiple attempts to get assistance, no one from the company has helped resolve the issue. I have contacted Rise Telecoms several times and provided numerous proofs showing the error messages on the fibre service. Despite this, I have received no response to my emails and no updates whatsoever. I have repeatedly requested feedback or a resolution, but the company has completely ignored me. As a result, I am now out of pocket, without a working fibre connection, and with no support from the provider. It is clear that Rise Telecoms does not care about customer service once payment has been made. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable fibre or responsive support.
I never received my Uber Eats order, yet they have refused to refund me! The driver ignored my calls and messages, made zero effort to deliver, and the app never updated. I went out of my way to locate them, but nothing was done. This is outright theft – I paid for food I never got, and Uber Eats refuses to take responsibility. Their “support” is completely useless. I am out of pocket, hungry, and furious. Do **not** trust Uber Eats – they charge you, fail to deliver, and refuse refunds.
On Saturday, 14 June 2025, several of my items were ****** from the washing line. I immediately reported this to security but received no assistance — honestly, I’m not surprised as this seems to be their usual response. The security guard told me there was nothing he could do because the screen that should display CCTV footage is broken, and recordings only last for 13 days. I find this excuse completely unacceptable. This is the second time I have had items ****** from the washing line, and the first time, I was not even allowed to see who stole my belongings. It feels like the security team is condoning theft by refusing to properly address the issue. The fact that their equipment is faulty is not my problem. I pay my rent on time every month, and it is their responsibility to ensure the security systems are working and incidents like this are dealt with efficiently — without involving residents in their incompetence. Based on my experience, AFCHO does not care about residents’ safety or property and employs security staff who lack basic customer service and responsibility. I do not recommend this housing company to anyone who values security and proper tenant support. I find this response completely unacceptable and inconsistent. The first time I had an item ****** at the washing line, I wasn’t even allowed to see who took my clothing. It seems the security team is either unwilling or unable to take any action against theft. This pattern makes me feel like the security personnel condone *****ing by turning a blind eye. This is the second time I have experienced this issue, and it’s clear that AFCHO does not care about its residents’ concerns or safety. The security staff are *********** and lack basic customer service skills. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone who values security and decent service.
I recently enquired online for a vehicle assisted telephonically by an agent named Hector with high hopes, but unfortunately, I’ve been disappointed by the lack of feedback. Despite my patience of awaiting for feedback, I haven't received any feedback or updates on my application of which it is mandatory for an agent to get back to a customer after finance application. It’s frustrating when communication is so lacking, especially when you’re considering a significant purchase. I hope this is something your agent/sales person can improve moving forward as I find this unprofessional to advise a customer feedback in 20 minutes which turned out to be 4 days!!
I have placed an order for an incorrect item, same day Thursday the 6th I filed for a return which has a calendar where one can choose their date and I have chosen the closest date which was Sunday the 9th. I waited the entire day no driver came to collect, yesterday Monday the 10th I enquired this on their WhatsApp the agent Keia did not have any resolution everything was going to be escalated today Tuesday I had contacted their customer service and unable to reach anyone. Horrible customer service
I sent a query on the 2nd of Dec which I was told it will take 3 days to resolve today it is the 19th still not RESOLVED! I have sent multiple emails however decided to no longer reply. Is this the customer service that you provide to your clients please enlighten me.
As a first time buyer who was trying out with a small order only to find out that would be my BIGGEST NIGHTMARE. 637582 was placed on the 30th of JUNE until today there is nothing regarding my order. Went to my nearest store the ladies there were little to NOTHING of help. PHONES are not going through. All I want now is for you to REFUND ME my MONEY so that we can NEVER cross paths again INCLUDING MY LOVED ONES
