They refuse to refund me saying shoes have been worn/washed/torn I had them for less than 24hrs. So I purchased a Nike order for Air Jordan 1 Low Method size 6 on the 5 of January 2026. The delivery was on the 20th of Jan which took ****en long. Thereafter with 48hrs on the 22nd I requested for a refund as the shoe size was big since Nike does not do size exchange the on the 23rd of Jan the order was collected. Seven ****en days later the 30 only then did I get a confirmation of the order return which states that shoes are worn /torn /washed. Listen my car has a camera to collaborate all these days and evidence how the hell could I tear or be able to **** up shoes to an extent within 24 hrs. I need my money back. I have been waiting for an email from the head office for two weeks I have received nothing, I want my money back!!!!! Hello I know my emails are being read, its been four months that Discovery Vitality has been deducting without my consent an amount totalling R1 596.00!!!!!!!! The company was quick in deducting my money monthly without my authorisation can it also be quick in providing me with a recording that indicates I agreed to the vitality deductions. I want my money , can Lufuno respond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not a threat Ill tag the company in all platforms off social media , currently logging a case with the ombuds man it has dragged to long , I know I’m not the first nor the last to be duped by this company!!!! It cannot take more than 3 months to retrieved a recording off a conversation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No one is answering calls today the 26th of April on your customer care line 0800555111 since 08:00. There is an unauthorized deduction regarding guard risk which I'm trying to understand what is it for ....!!!
They called me in October to promote their business and i said im not interested the guy stated that the three months will be for free then after it will be up to me if I want to proceed . Did I need see deductions occurring since january for vitality without my authorization for the past four months . Discovery Vitality is a ***** I tell you , I've requested access for my recording stipulating that the consultant never read the terms and conditions for me at all so I want my R1800 back I'm no slay queen didn't get ****ed for that money i worked damn hard for it for some sleezy company to take it just like that !!!!!! im taking this to the ombudsman Nonsense!!!!!!!!
I am a Client that got into an accident and have been waiting for more than two weeks to find what the total cost off my parts is and how much they can cost. Mind you I'm in the kining sector in the middle off nowhere , have to hike to work since I don't have a car , I've been til that the procurement department is busy with this and that shipment can take up to some weeks , so the hop up apparently is with the procument department.Who can expediate my case cause I cannot wait for another week to confirm if the budget that the insurance gave is enough this is Mentally Draining Stop IT!!!!!!!
Had a claim that the insurance mentioned the car will be repaired.So I called the panelbeaters that were delegated to me through the insurance . I asked the panel beaters how far with sourcing my products they consultant said they are still sourcing for "cheaper" products and if they cannot find products within the budget off R180,000.00 my car will be a write off. So tell my why the heck is the decision still undecided if my car is a write off or repair and I still will be paying off monthly installments for the can whilst the panelbeaters and insurancing are deciding if my car will be a write off or not. Im sick and tired off the games I've got ptsd and stress from the accident . I need a finalized answer is my car repaireable or not . February installment will be deducted of R7239 whilst my car idles at the panelbeaters because someone is still looking for cheaper cars .I do not recommend this insurance to anyone it is hell.
The worst medical aid scheme ever. Was involved in a car accident on the 20th of Jan 2025 was also taken to the hospital . Monthly basis I pay R3k the only member on my medical aid. I was taken through Xrays , and monitored for 4 hours but did not get admitted . The next morning went to get medicine at the pharmacy as per the prescription was informed I'm out off funds , so casualty stay & xray took away my MSA funds .Now Im being told that the "unlimited hospital" does not include casualty and I was alloactd R3500 funds for the whole year . So please tell me why the F#&$k im paying my medical aid for 3k monthly so that I can top up with my money. I need to go to Bonitas as November is to far. No one has helped me since to solve this mess.
So far im owk the company calls me when there is a car alert.
