Wow just Wow this courier Company is the Worst from 12 November 2025 I ordered from Shien till Today absolute no Contact has been made,no delivery done I just got ****MED!!!
I went to the clinic on the 26 June seeking assistance I'm a Chronic patient so I was there on the 19th to fetch medication but the brand of the medication presented me with bad side effects like nasaueos,diaherra,infestion and being week I went back to the clinic to get assisted cause the matter was caused by the changed brand medication I assumed,got there very early as 5:30am,when I got there the Sister who was on the office of Chronic told me they don't have any brand do I must deal with whatever side effect what was worse when I was presenting my symptoms of these side effect she bolding said THAT EVERYTIME I COME HERE I CLAIM TO HAVE INFESTION,than she went on to say she wont help me i must go to acute imagine sitting in s chronic line to start another line the nerve this SISTER NURSE I'm even hurt even now,that where do we go to when we need help? I'm so hurt cause she said this in front of the Admin guy,I need this Nurse to be disciplined and what happened to Patient confidelity,I'm really this with a heavy heart.
Why are you keep my parcel for 3 weeks with no communication,you guys are the worse Courier Company I sent known why you still rendering services,Vodacom are gonna lose customers because of lack of ethics,Deliver my parcel so I cancel it from Vodacom.
I made an order for a contract the beginning of the month of April and the delivery was set for 2-3 days via SkyNet,funny enough I've been waiting for the delivery of the order I'm going back and fourth and Vodacom isnt even communicating they quick to send an invoice whilst I havent even recieved the parcel till today it's going from Cape to Cairo can they just keep that phone il rather go for another Service provider cause SkyNet is worser than Buffalo Logistics.
I logged a return in December 2024 was supposed to be collected on the 2nd January 2025,nothing has been done or communicated I've sent numerous escalations and emails I have even called till due date nothing has been collect can this be sorted out as I'm sitting with something I don't need from December.
Guys DO NOT ORDER,rather cancel and look for another Order when your SHIPMENT COURIER is Buffalo International Logistics,I ordered from Temu from NOVEMBER 2024 I paid my TAX and Duty till NOW WE in 2025 I haven't received my Parcel instead they keep saying its OUT FOR DELIVERY ever since
Their Service is really disgusting and worse are not reachable my parcel has been moving from VAAL DC to JHB DC for the past 4 Weeks,I've always been delivered promptly on the same address now they taking my order from cape to Caro mxm
I app**** for Web Africa WiFi Fibre on the 13th October they told me Im activated my line is active but I have no password to access the WiFi I'm told different stories everyday so basically I'm paying for Something I don't even have access too,Can I kindly get assistance
Can Hello Peter Help me I app**** for WiFi home package online on the 30 September 2024 I was charged Pro rata and full month of October the Device came on the 02 0ctober 2024 and I found out that very day that the Router isn't working on the 3rd I called in and advised then that the Device isn't working nor is the Sim ricaed I was advised to take it to the nearest MTN STORE ...they tested the Device and said its Fault from the Shop..all of those I went to refused to take the device nor assist me to Rica the Sim as they say the all Franchises,I've sent numerous Emails and I've called and I'm not getting any help on the 05th I called in and I asked for a Return and Refund as I was in within my 7 days cooling Period cs basically I've paid for something I'm not using I was told that it will be canceled and Device will be collected and I'll be refunded I've been since waiting with no communication at all instead everyday I'm getting a different reference numbers this is tiring I've spent so much many going from Pillar to Post I really need assistance
