SIM card headache
Good morning I've recently tried to use my Cell C SIM and only to find that,it doesn't respond and I decided to SIM swap, I've called and they have asked me security questions,of which I've tried to answer as I remember,but failed using another person's phone to call customer care,now I just came out of their branch in Maponya Mall,they told me to provide them with 5 numbers that I used to call,one number that I provide is my girlfriend's number which I call constantly,yet it also failed so I don't know what to do because I use the SIM to get my R370 Srd,now I'm not doing well,I have the sim with and it doesn't work and that means I won't get it, I'm not doing well,I have to pay people and atleast buy food,so Cell C is killing me, I've been loyal to them, using the SIM card for the past 5 years and this is what they do to me,please🙏🏽🙏🏽😭😭help me get my SIM back

Ocean near death basket
Hi, hope everyone is doing, unfortunately I'm not,yesterday me and my boyfriend we ordered a platter for one for R289 from Ocean basket and it got delivered on time,and we share the meal,but I must tell you that we didn't enjoy the meal,the looked and tasted old and no effort was put into preparing it,but we declared from complaining,and after we were done eating,my boyfriend started having dizzy spells and was losing balance,I really thought I was losing my boyfriend and my boyfriend is not sickly or allergic to any food, but after eating the platter I was panicky and scared,but he got better,by drinking a lot of water,so I'd like to say that kindly prepare food with the almost care to avoid such a situation,and the whole issue is really putting us off from buying anything from Ocean basket, I'm really disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the food,we had to fear for our lives and we never got our monies worth, unfortunately I can't prove this, just relieved that my boyfriend is alive,so can Ocean in trade Route Mall give us quality food instead of food poisoning and I'd like a response from them.

Savings
I'd like to know and understand why is Sanlam refusing to pay my savings of a policy that is cancelled on a African Bank account I'm using, because the account is my main account,I even get my salary using this said account,I can't be opening another account,that is going to be used for the convenience of Sanlam,so can they please sort this out,they have my African Bank account details and everything needed to make the payment.

Defamation of character
Good day,I'm writing this review with a heavy heart,on the 4th of March 2025 my 13 year old Son committed suicide😭😭and we were left in pain and still coming to terms with the incident, after that we had to go to the police and give them a statement of what happened on that fateful day,and we did that, now we had to bury him and I had to borrow money and bury my Son,so we managed to bury him and after I had to start claim from the insurance companies and one of them is Metropolitan,so they gave me all the documents to complete and one of the documents needed is a police report,so today I decided to go and request a police report from the police and I found out from the police that a Metropolitan consultant officially called on the 1st of April 2025 to aroused suspicions surrounding the passing of my Son and they should investigate further,so I don't understand how procedures go regarding claiming and investigation from the police,but I'm not going to allow a consultant to do this to me while I'm battling to survive without my Son on a daily, so I'm kindly requesting for a recording of the consultant who made the call and defamed my character,they could have just declined the claim and I was going to understand,but now I need to take this further,these accusations cut deep and me and my family would like to remind people to do their jobs and not hurt people who are already going through the most,now I can't continue to do the police report because of the accusations made by the consultant and won't be able to pay off my debts because of someone who tarnished my name and adding salt to my injury.

Good morning, AVBOB has been giving me the run around regarding my refund that they have to reimburse,I started talking to them on 05/12/2024 and till up to date they are not communicating with me,they always telling me they will solve my issue in due cause,I just want to cancel the policy I have with them, because they are not taking my problem serious

Good day, I'd like to really complain about the way AVBOB is treating me with reimbursing me with my money,they were supposed to deduct R283 and they deducted R842,so I need my money, it's been a month since I complained,they gave an email to send all the documents and I did that,but still my problem is not solved.

Discovery
Good morning,I got an email that Discovery will reimburse all the money that's due back to me, I was supposed to receive get money for 3 premiums and they only paid me for 2,they were supposed to pay me back the premiums for September,October and November,I really don't understand because they asked me to send the payslip for all the months mentioned above, I'm really tired of coming here and complain about the level of services Insurance companies provide and it's an important part of our lives.

Good evening I would like for Sanlam to reimburse me back the money they deducted for a Sanlam policy I have with them,they are supposed to deduct R1,216 and they have deducted R1,920 for 2 months,that's October and November 2024,so I need to be reimbursed.

Good morning I'm having a problem with AVBOB,I needed to cancel my membership because the premium is expensive for me, I'm paying R836 and I got a call from a consultant and advised to instead of cancelling,they can reduce my premium to less than R300 so I'm surprised that never happened they deducted the initial premium and I'm not happy I need the money back and continue paying the reduced amount
