Dispute of outstanding payments
I received a 28 days notice to settle an account with this facility, and according to my knowledge I don't owe them. The last communication I had with them i was sent a statement which clearly shows that I don't owe them. Which was 2025/11/14. This utterly disappointing and vulgar.

Awesome service
I want to share this compliment even though is long over due, there was this Nurse by the name of Thembi. She helped through a dark time when I was admitted there, she did not diminish my pain but she was patient with me as I couldn't stop sobbing. I had a miscarriage and My mother was not present with but I felt her warm with Sister Thembi present. Thank you, We more likes of her.

Compliment
I have recently took out life and funeral cover with OUTsurance and I was assistant so immaculately I even forgot that the call took over an hour. As someone who is also a financial advisor I'd rate this service AWESOME. Thembile Ndzipho, made that quote easy and explained everything and was very patient with me. I hope this Compliment reaches Thembile's management to see how incredibly lucky they are to have such advisors in their team.

Bad service
Recently visited KFC Mall@Lebo as they where about to close and it was 19h50, instead of informing clients that they are closing they kept saying the chicken would take 15minutes to be ready, only then to tell us that they are closed and they can't turn on the stoves. They even told other clients that they can only fire the stove only if they buy 9pieces of chicken or more. The service was appalling and rude

Claim
Horrible service , the agents are rude. They were not helpful at all when I lost my phone and wanted to put in a claim. Very disappointing I had high hopes with them, I should have went elsewhere.

Ewallet
I am so disappointed with FNB, received an wallet I was unable to withdraw it as it says "easy account" is frozen and tried to go the nearest branch to get assistance and they told me about a long tedious process and I need that cash then and there. Tried downloading their app and tried to transfer the money, still pointless.
