So it happened again. After never having a successful same-day delivery in 6 years, still having an outstanding refund from 2019, and being given the runaround when asking for feedback, I decided to try one last time. I should not have been surprised that they failed AGAIN. My friend's birthday surprise is ruined. The kicker is that the driver was apparently outside her house, but never bothered to hoot and make his presence known. She was right inside. Now I have to go through all the admin shlep AGAIN, all the while hoping and praying I can get my money back for the same-day fee. I was a fool to try them again, they are incapable of even the most basic of services. No watch how they blame the client, give zero feedback, and hope that they will forget that they stole your money. This time I think I'll try the CGSO route, for what it's worth. Either way the gesture is ruined. Next time I'll just drive to Woolworths myself, pick up some flowers, and deliver them personally. I'll save a fortune, a headache, and my friend's broken heart.
Thank you Sean, Godfrey and Enoch for the amazing customer service at Checkers Hyper Mayville Mall. There was a picking problem with my Sixty60 order when I ordered a coffee machine. The app was misbehaving and I couldn't buy the item anymore, although I was looking at it in store. It was late on a Saturday afternoon, but they were friendly and extremely helpful. They sorted it out and I went home happy.
Ordered from them using Mr D. Ordered sweet chillie burger with prok belly and chips. What arrived was the poorest excuse of a burger I have ever seen. No prok belly or chips in sight. They replaced it with a dried out, ice cold t-bone. We drove there and were told they ran out and rather than cancelling the order, sent out cold, sub-par replacements. I suspect they might be a *****ulent ghost kitchen. You can't find them on Google or Facebook, it's like they don't exist outside of Mr D and Uber Eats.
I received the wrong order this morning after ordering at 8am. They came back to pick up the wrong order and I am still waiting on the right one. No-one can give me any information. I had to call the store personally and then got attitude from the staff because they did not believe the order was wrong. Why do I have to fight to get the items that I actually paid for? I had to make calls from 9am till 1pm and still I don't have my items. How is such a pathetic service allowed to continue? I have ordered 3 times over the course of a few months and have had problems with every single delivery. I will not be using them ever again, they are truly useless. Not even their specials will attract me in using them ever again.

Thanks for ruining Valentine's day. What's the use of ordering a special gift to be delivered on the day when the delivery doesn't actually happen on the day? So how are you going to fix this, are you going to turn back the clock so we can have the day over again? Absolutely useless, I will NEVER order anything from you again.
I honestly don't understand how this company got a contract from Takealot to be one of their couriers, they are absolutely useless. I have a big, expensive package that was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 28 December 2018 and guess what, it never came. No explanation, no feedback, it just didn't come. On Saturday I received an SMS from Takelot (not even the couriers themselves) that delivery is rescheduled for Monday. Now I have to wait the whole weekend and pray that it actually comes on Monday. If I read the other reviews I doubt if it will ever come. I am beginning to think that they stole the package since it is that expensive and big, I am seriously considering opening a case at SAPS for theft. If I don't receive the package on Monday I will be driving to their warehouse in Pretoria to pick it up myself, if the package isn't there I will call the police. If this is the way they do their jobs, they don't deserve to be in business.
So impressed with the service I received from Momentum Short-Term Insurance. I was assisted by Michelle Domingo and what a pleasure it was. She was friendly, efficient and everything happened much faster than I expected. This was my first claim and I was curious to see how it would be handled. Everything was settled within 3 working days without any hassles. We recently moved everything to Momentum (from insurance to medical aid) and this just again confirms that we have made the right choice. Thank you Momentum and Michelle for making life just a little bit easier and hassle free.
<p>Wow. Just wow. Today just confirmed that I made the right choice when I bought my Polo TSI and I will never buy anything other than VW in future. In our day and age proper customer service is so rare, but VW truly delivers in service excellence.</p> <p>Today I noticed a loud knocking noise coming from my engine. This distressed me as the car is only a hear and a half old, so it can't already start breaking down. I got to work, but I did not want to drive it any further, so I called VW Alert and the lady that assisted me was extremely friendly, capable and helpful. She dispatched a tow truck for my car as soon as she established that I was safe and not waiting for mercy at the side of the road. She also called about 4 times before the truck arrived to ask if I was still okay and if the truck had arrived yet. I really appreciate the fact that she kept on following up to make sure that the problem is being sorted.</p> <p>My car was transported to VW Wonderboom. They called me about 15 minutes after the truck left with my car to confirm that they had received the car. I was assigned a technician (Tony) and told that they would keep me updated. Three hours later and Tony called me to say that the problem was minor and the car is ready to go. I'm going to pick it up tomorrow and I can't wait to have it back!</p> <p>The whole situation impressed me so much, because all the people I spoke to were friendly and competent. This is definitely the type of service that I was hoping for when I bought my car in the first place. If they keep this up they will definitely have a client for life.</p>

In our day and age poor customer service is a big problem and it always makes me extremely happy that there are still some people that take good care of their customers. You were professional, friendly and the service was so quick! I would definitely use your company again.
