VODACOM PLEASE STOP
Pease stop bugging me with upgrade phone calls, every second call is from Vodacom upgrades, i block that number then you use a new one. I DO NOT want an upgrade or a new contract

Be careful-stay away
Be careful, the price quoted and price they invoice are totally different. They rip you off even though they give you a quote, then don't leave until you pay them. Quoted for a job installing new secondary decoder and new TV, they messed around with time,then invoiced me double the quote.

REFUND PLEASE
I am still waiting for a refund on item returned 3 weeks ago ORDER MAK7069431 and then REF4230250. I'm not sure how many emails i have to send, but i get more customer satisfaction surveys to fill in than i do for replies to refund.

Even in death,will they mess you around
The executor of my late moms estate is trying to get FNB to close and pay the money to the late estate trust account.The only thing they have done is close the maximiser account and transfer the money into the current account that attracts no interest,and still allow a stop order to go through.This has been going on now for over 8 months and is holding up the whole estate being wound up. The executor has been pushed from pillar to post to try and get the money. And while they hold onto the money it is not earning a cent of interest. My Mom passed away in Aug 2020.

Be careful, ask for price,before giving them any job
Please be careful and ask for prices first. they advertise NO call out fee, but believe me you will pay. Just had the inside of a cistern replaced, they charged R1850. To replace a tap in a shower R1092. The 2 plumbers Gideon and Ockert were very nice guys, But be careful,what a rip off. Don't believe the internet if you search plumbers in your area,and they jump to second on the list.If you live on the West Rand then they are.

ABSA C Card Please stop calling me,17 times in 3 days
Absa, Please stop calling me to increase my card limit and take out ABSA Rewards. I told your first caller i was not interested on Thursday,since then i have been called another 17 times. I am really not interested,and i consider this as harrasment

Absolutely Brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service from Hanre and Warren from Sunward park branch.They really went out of way to help and resolve my battery problem. They are what you call an excellent service provider. Well done guys,you will definitely have my support for a long time to come. Keep up the good Honest and reliable service

Up your Consumer service BATSA
Come on BATSA, as a company that relies on Consumers, your consumer service is just as pathetic as the quality of your cigarettes. Never in 40 years of smoking Mills have i had so many rejects. I sent an email with photo and to the address on your website,only to get an auto reply to phone toll free no on Pkt, What a hassle,15 minute questionaire,as if i'm the guilty party. How many packets Code on the pkt,how many boxes???? I just throw them all into one box,i'm not going to sit with 13 boxes with 1 in each. They then send 1 Pkt, via a courier,whoop whoop, Then i must fill in the return carrier document. What a useless , time wasting experience it was dealing with them.Rather just change Brands at a cheaper price,at least i won't be throwing away expensive cigarettes that cost R55/pkt. I do not want something for free,i want quality,and when i have problem i want proper concern,You have the quality problem, I have taken the time to call you regarding it.Please make our experience a bit better.

Come on Vodacom,since 2013 i have been asking for signal
Come on Vodacom, I have been *****ing no signal in my area since 2013, you keep on telling me that you are going to put a new site to boost signal. If i walk into the veld across the street i get 3G,however where ever there are houses in this area,we have no signal not even 1 bar. How can you even consider 5G,when you can't supply what we pay for here are previous references EC-ZHTM-2IG*** PC-ZH4X-3P2GGI PC-0W01-2VC9QX EC-0C5S-284273 Please this is past a joke, i can't run a business without a cell phone.I need money to pay you, or don't i pay if i can't use your signal, because thats what i pay for
