We went on an MSC Cruise 08/12/2025 to 12/12/2025 with booking numbers 63670644 63676024, from Durban to Maputo, the mistake we made was to register our credit cards on the app, they then debited 250 USD, which was promised to be refunded 72 hours after the cruise, up to today we still do not have that money, we have emailed customer care and contacted MSC cruises on 011 844 6073 with no assistance nor return of the funds, was that an MSC ****?
I am so disappointed in how Vodacom is doing business, I took a 36 months contract just 2022, I called to cancel in June. I was notified I will not be charged for cancellation fee as I agreed to pay till August 2025. But now I have been handed over because I reversed 600 that they debited without my consent in September 2025, what was that about ? Now I can’t even get hold of the cancellation department to enquire about this because my number is now prepaid. How do I resolved this ?
I am being harassed by collectors saying my account is in areas yet I received an email from metrofibre to say my account was closed, what is happening? Is a **** being conducted using our names via metrofibre ?
I have closed my account in 2022, now I am getting threats from lawyers with an account that no one can explain to me, I have been trying several times to call and request for a statement but no one has ever sent it to me yet they are sending messages with debt collections, what is going on ? I am so confused, is metrofibre running a **** ?
Is Tyne bank a ****? I have been unable to access the app, all I want to do is open the app transfer all my money and forget about Tyme bank because not even a single line is working for me to get assistance or complain, the WhatsApp line no one is responding. It’s all not working out
They keep on billing me incorrectly and I have been trying to fix that since for ever but no one is willing to check through all my POPs for the year 2024 just to locate how did it go wrong. They are so inconsiderate and sometimes it looks like they are ****** and rude. I really wish my complex had stayed with Trafalgar.
Please don’t choose Telkom if you want an iPhone please go to iPhone. I haven’t been having a phone bought for a whole two months. I am not even sure the managers understand the frustration of having no phone, do they even understand that a phone is life, business and family and how much of an inconvenience it is when you go for a day without a phone let alone now two months. I don’t even have strength to fight anymore, last week I had the Sandton City Telkom manager who told me that I will receive my phone by the end of the day. When I returned to Telkom to collect I was told he left early, no one even bothered to call or apologise or anything. When I asked them it’s like no one knows anything. The next day the same manager sent an sms saying couriers are not working. No one is even bothering to call or update me with my phone. The whole festive I had no phone. It’s been a nightmare I won’t lie
Medihel please help I am not sure if I am being ****med using Medihelp, I was handed over by medihelp to a company called MacRoberts Attorneys but I don’t seem to get hold of them, I have paid their account in full but I still get smss saying I am owing I have been trying to call since end of November when I paid them off. They keep on telling me they don’t have my account, someone will call me or I should cal again later. Now I am suspecting that I was ****med but I am just worried that my name is being dragged and red flagged in the process.
I will still say Medihelp is the worse medical aid option one can ever try. I am so emotional as I wrote this, a week ago I sent a complaint about how the treated myself and my Autostic baby, with minimum care. They sent me a bill to pay on the 17th, i responded to say I cannot afford, today I am handed over, isn’t there supposed to be a six month period where one is slowed to pay then handed over ? Or they just did that to prove a point? I have never seen such unfairness, just to mess up my life like that ? Being hanged over within a month ?
If you are out there looking for a medical aid, please don’t hesitate Ben think about Medihelp. They have the worst services in all medical aids that I have used, they have never paid for anything for myself or my son. Then have the nerve to penalise me for terminating their medical aid, after I explained to them how I was only able to cancel on the 7th of the month due to their issues, they made me stupid by making me to send an email explaining my sons Autisim situation and how I cannot continue paying Medihelp due to his condition as I had to pay for everything cash. No one even responded to that email. I made a follow up call after, I was given someone who asked to explain and forward all the emails I had sent before and guess what she didn’t even call back or respond based on that pleading I was having ok the email. I have never seen such insensitive people in my life I cried on the phone but they insisted that I am owing them. Joining medihelp was one of the worst decisions I have ever taken since my son was born.
