I am struggling 2 days to get my sim card sorted. I can not make calls or anything. I also can not go into my bank account as the OTP pin is sent to my number. My number is duplicated by Vodacom, as I received communication from unknown sources while my sim card was still working. Till date Vodacom can not sort it.
Macdonalds Heidelberg turned awsy 60 people not having food as they are not 24 hour service anymore
Booked for wheelchair assistance and when I phoned the could not be assisted. Is that how they treat the eldorly that need assistance.
The service delivery is very poor. Documents that I sent duplicate of is sitting in Mailroom for more than a week. My claim is just getting stretched out.
Service is getting worse. Connection is failing time and again.
Second day, waiting for my parcel. The dates that is set up, they dont pitch.
I am strggling to sort out my capitec account of my company. All the paperwork are signed and submitted, now there are no progress.
