Still frustrated about the 9-piece bucket from KFC. Mostly wings, not the mix I paid for. After providing proof of purchase and contact details on their Facebook they never made contact with me. I would've appreciated an apology and a mix or refund. Not feeling valued as a customer very disappointed.
Disappointed with the 9 pieces chicken bucket - mostly wings 5 with just 1 drumstick and 1 thigh and 2 small breasts Expected a better mix for the price. Not a great deal considering. I regret buying KFC I wasted my money they should've mixed or suggested something else when I went the to collect my order.
I'm extremely disappointed with Vodacom's customer service. I've been requesting a refund for over 3 weeks now, and despite providing all necessary documents, including a reference number and bank statement, I've been met with complete silence. It's unacceptable that my time and concerns are being ignored. If you're looking for a service that doesn't care about your issues, then Vodacom is the way to go.
I'll never use OneCart again I waited for my order +2 hours, they were not communicating with me either, and when the driver finally arrived he also didn't communicate it was so hard to get my order delivered and he complained (the driver) he said he works at CBD only, focus on the customers you value and respect I'm so done with Onecart
Defy appliances are reliable, effective and efficient all the time, some features stand out such as smart technology with multiple settings. What I love most is the quality cause Defy lasts overtime with no issues I remember growing up at home we had a stove since I was at creche till I was 29 years and they are affordable it's value for money the appliances always meet my expectations they easy to use
Yesterday at Symonds Hungry lion the service was really bad, the staff was rude and moody they didn't want to redeem vouchers. I waited a lot of hours at the till point while they were busy with other customers and there's this new cashier Ngco... she didn't even want to try redeeming my coupons. My last order was a triple big boss meal I added 2 chicken fingers I paid R20 cash for them and I don't get the Dippa sauces and if I check prices if u add fingers u only pay R10. I wish Hungry lion can have their own online store where we can order and pay peacefully cause yesterday I got angry since no cashier was interested in assisting me, they have this tendency of undermining people who buy with vouchers and on busy days before they used to lie and say the system is offline yesterday I waited more than 30 Min at the till point they were helping cash/card payments only everyone behind me was helped.

I received a pop-up survey on their Facebook page on Tuesday I sent a DM enquiring about the coupon, they didn't respond until I commented on one of their posts today. They said they cannot escalate the matter. They sent me a texts saying auditors checked and my number was not there and then they instantly blocked me on their Facebook page I'm disappointed is this how you treat your customers cause I do shop online and in store for futurelife
