Try the easy way, to loose money, fnb virtual cards, which are offered as safe for ecommerce. In fact when you loose, fnb does not assist. Weeks of 'talking' fruitless. Referral to (fais) ombud, useless- "we are not fnb- bye bye". Andre van Vuuren

Charges for decoder repair
Agency wants to charge R950 to fix DSTV decoder- cant fix so it swaps and charges viewer. No wonder you are goong out of business.

Vodacom internet unreliable
0821904 is unable to help themselves. Please route to senior management. I have communicated with them all morning to stabilize my internet connection-ihave often complained about this problem since inception. I was repeatedly cut off. Promised callbacks never happened. It was inferred that I caused the problem by not paying my account(not true). Must I terminate and go somewhere else for reliable ftth?

Won't stop charging for interim access
Despite having installed my fibre SERVICE IN February, YOU ARE STILL CHARGING me for the INTERIM service, please correct and reverse excess charges. I have repeated requested this.
