My husband paid R8k and still no clearance 5 months later. Possibly a ****. No feedback unless he contacts you directly! You do not want to provide any information regarding your in-house clearance dpt. Extremely disappointed with this lack of service for money paid0 replies

Poor Service
Zero feedback, payment was made (as I do every month) yet my service is STILL suspended. POP was sent and nobody has provided feedback. You keep trying to debit my account costing me charges each time yet I sit with no internet still7 replies

Unprofessional and unacceptable!!
This is not the first time that my food hasn't arrived. Your drivers are seriously unprofessional. He kept ignoring my calls and reading the messages on the app. When I eventually got hold of him, he said he is on his way and the next thing I see on the app that the order status says delivered. How was the order completed with no pin???? There is no way to contact ubereats directly!!!0 replies
