We have received one of the most shocking and appalling service from Wonderpark Checkers. Waiting on a queue for 10 minutes upon arrival to the till to be told that they accept only card ( that was Boitumelo) she just kept quiet the whole time with attitude. After we moved, she started announcing that she only accept card. We then moved to another till, on that till Thandi and Lesego are serving the customers. We waited for 15 minutes while they sent another customer to go and pick up items from the store. We tried to ask if they couldn't cancel that purchase and help move the queue and Thandi with a rude face said Bana ba bangwe ba reka chomie( translated as other people are still buying my friend) with sacarsm then lesego giggled. Their behavior was shocking and actually it ranks 1st in terms of the worse customer service we have ever received elsewhere. We are still shocked and traumatized by the unprofessional and ********* customer service from those employees
Markhams Sunnyside Mall. They sold me shoes, upon return to exchange one size with another they refuse to exchange despite me being in possession of the purchase slip. Horrible and ********** Service to say the least. I will never set foot in that store.
These people are the worst to take care finance with. The amount of time they will deduct money from your account *******ly will shock you. These people besides the normal debit on my wife's account for the vehicle+insurance, they just decided to do another debit of R1435.15 what for? Only them and them only know. Absolutely ********** service from Absa.

I bought airtime via banking app yesterday. My phone was off. Today when I switch on the phone, there's no airtime. I try to call their 082135, there's no option to speak to a consultant. Vodacom is no longer serious about providing service to the community. They hide behind Toby
They sold me a bed on their online store. They just delivered to me metals and steel. Fine, I reach out to them to ask that they send someone who can put together the bed. They say to me, someone will contact you. To date no one called. I regret my decision to buy a bed from them. I should have just bought a finished product from other stores.
My wife just had twins on Friday, she has not been able to sleep. She is not coping and in pain from Cesar. The hospital does not allow a family member to come assist, even if it's a woman. This is soo wrong. At least if she can get even 3 hours of sleep, that would make a lot of difference.
