My MG just had its first annual service done in April, a month later a water pipe by the washer bottle broke. This vehicle is only 1 year old and MG Durban UMhlanga state that they cannot repair it under warranty. How can a water pipe be damaged due to wear and tear within one year. This is very poor service. I was sold the vehicle with a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty and yet a water pipe cannot be replaced
I submitted a claim on the 12th of April, tomorrow will be one month and the claim has not been paid out. The loss assessor has advised me that the claim has been approved and I am waiting for payment since last week even though I bank with Absa. Last week Friday I was advised that payment was made and I would receive it by the end of Friday or latest Monday morning. This morning no payment has reflected and I now get feedback that payment is awaiting the finance managers sign off before releasing funds. How can I be infuriated payment was made last week and then this week I’m informed a different story. This is very poor service.
I took up a contract a month ago, I was wrongly informed and sold a contract with an incorrect pricing. I have the contract and there is a call recording but my debit is double the amount due to a mistake on the consultants part. I not cannot go to the gym due to this and I have asked the consultant to sort this issue out multiple times and it has not been resolved.
I submitted a question regarding Dischem cash back not reflecting in December and have still not gotten any feedback, I have sent several emails requesting feedback but still no update on the query.
Worst experience with KFC delivery, I have been ordering from KFC Starwood for a long time and never had an issue, today a driver comes to my house complaining I have entered an incorrect address and I told the driver that I did not and that we always order and also provided him with the PIN number, the driver insisted that I did the wrong thing and swore me and drove off with my food. Really pathetic service. The driver came to my property with a bike with registration number DC75LLZN and his name is Mhlaba The order number was 111336. I hope that someone from KFC deals with this as this is truly dismal customer service.
I logged a query for absa rewards transactions not updating and missing on the 1st of August, I received a response stating that it has been escalated for investigation, weeks later and after many emails and phone calls I received another email advising me that it has been escalated for investigation again. I have received no actual update on what the problem is or why these transactions have not reflected.
Very poor service, I took a data contract yesterday at their gateway store and was informed that within 5 minutes the line would be active and when I got home I find that the sim card still is not working. I then go back to the store today to be told that they have logged the issue and it will be fixed by this evening. The problem has still not been resolved. Very poor service.

I have been trying to get a settlement letter from MTN for the past few days as when I try to contact retentions I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I have sent multiple emails with all the information required however I get replies informing me to contact the number in which there is no answer. The worst customer service I have ever received
I have paid up all my Vodacom accounts just under a year ago, and today I find out that Vodacom has not closed one of my accounts despite me providing proof of payment and a signed early cancellation form as per their request. I also called the call center a few weeks after settling the accounts to confirm that the accounts were closed to which this was confirmed. This is very frustrating as this will have a negative implication on my credit score for their negligence.
