Really really bad - they take your money but do not supply the goods
If you ned anitem urgently, rather go elsewhere. Don't bother searching for items which reflect as 'in stock' and don't believe the expected delivery date. No sooner have you paid for the item than the despatch date is suddenly ten days later. Sadly Takealot's service has deteriorated through the years and one can no longer expect the speedy excellence of the past.
Fast, Excellent and easy to use! First tried using them after 3 unsuccessful SARS disputes regarding a blatant error repeatedly ignored. They resolved the dispute in my favor and I've been using them ever since. Their seamless IT support gives them an edge over all the rest. Love you Tax Tim!
<p>Described as "a programme available to all Sanlam group clients that empowers and rewards you as you improve your financial wellbeing" , Sanlam's Reality programme is disappontingly unable to live up to its promise. </p> <p>Points are offered as an incentive to participate but despite ongoing emailed offers, points are never awarded and there is no way of finding out what the problem is. </p> <p>This could have been such a great programme if it had been run properly - so sad</p>

For the following I have neither received points nor been informed when (if ever) the points will be allocated • Outdoor Events (first claim 27 Feb 2016) – neither points nor feedback received as at 5 May 2016 • Basic Medical (submitted 23 March 2016) – neither points nor feedback received as at 5 May 2016 • Uber Airport transfers – received less discount than indicated on the website – after repeated enquiries, I eventually gave up trying to find out why • Dining Benefit – most of the participating restaurants listed for our town have never heard of Sanlam Reality • Had the extremely embarrassing experience of having to speak to the restaurant owner on the phone to explain the system to him when we arrived for our confirmed booking from Reality - now hesitant to try to use the benefit Most frustrating of all is that when I phone or email my enquiries I am told that the query will be passed on to the relevant department. It is quite clear that the unfortunate consultants have no power to sort anything out and the individuals who actually have the power apparently can’t be bothered; neither to fix the problems nor to have the courtesy to respond to customers. The system clearly does not work as one is led to believe on the website and I think any reasonable person will understand why I therefore ask: Is the Sanlam Reality Reward and Tiering System all a big hoax? I would sincerely appreciate an honest answer in this regard.

I have been buying from Takealot regularly since 2013 and I continue to be amazed at how fast and convenient it is to shop. <br> Often I order one day and get the goods the next. It is actually easier for me to buy from Takealot online than from my local stores.<br> I wish I could buy EVERYTHING through them!!<br> Well done - keep it up!
