Pharmacy Direct is one of thee worst People to deal with. They are absolutely USELESS and should not be a preferred service provider for any medical aid, They are on the ball to process claims and get paid, but getting service delivery from them is pathetic. They ran my script 25th Nov and it is now 6th December and no delivery. This is for critical medication. The agents are none the wiser, you call and wait forever for them to answer, and then be told they did not process the claim.....
FNB private Wealth has gone from bad to worst. Absolutely pathetic service. Can not get help when required. The My Service Suite platform is useless. FNB has removed alot of the benefits from being a Private Wealth Client. Paying exorbitant fees with no service. Time to move to a better bank
I had one of thee worst experiences when dealing with Bonitas Denis. I had received approval for Dentistry - However the shortfall was more than as they stated I called in to get an explanation from Denis , but alas they were non the wiser. I spoke to an Agent named Cynthia. Clearly she had not been on any Customer Centric training. Absolutely no care and after telling her she is not answering my question, she cut the call. Bonitas needs to get agents that actually know what they are doing and refer it to a specialist if they are unsure.
Went before lunch time to Click s to get Script medication which i required to start immediately, only to be told Bonitas is offline, so i can not get my meds. I returned abt 14:30 to Clicks and Bonitas is still offline It is pathetic that Bonitas can not communicate to its members that they are offline and claims can not be processed. I asked the agent who took the call as too how long they expect to be offline, and they have no idea. Bonitas has no work around plan for members to get medication. Bonitas is playing with peoples lives here and its like they dont care at all. I am sure if you miss a monthly payment, they will have emails and phone calls happening minutes later!!!! Wake up Bonitas!!!!!
I purchased the new carbon ice pillow based on advertising and sales pitch of its quality and staying cool. Sadly the pillow did not live up to any of the promises. I did contact Homemark to complain, only to be told there is nothing they can do about that. I received an email stating such from Bongiwe Qwesha. SO, anyone wanting got buy this product, i would strongly recommend you DO NOT.
I purchased an item via their Wattsapp Platform. They were very fast to place the order and provide instructions to pay.....AFTER THAT...it was all downhill......Placed my order 24th February, told to wait 10 days for delivery...5th March i enquire on delivery, only to be told they had some issue, and i must resend details of what i bought !!!....which i did, and asked about when it will be sent.....8th March and nothing about it being dispatched....I seriously think this is a Scam site and will be looking into it to have it shut down as they do not honour the Consumer rights.
I am utterly disgusted with the incompetence and lack of service from Telkom business. Our business premise has been without ADSL for the past 6 days with Telkom making empty promises that a technician is allocated to come out to check. We are paying for a service which we are not receiving. Clearly Telkom does not care about customers they already have, but are oblivious to the fact that they could lose customers on their lack of Service
I had a claim for theft of vehicle. The agent assisting me was Fulufhelo Sadiki. I have not experienced such and Awesome and professional service. I a lost for words to explain how efficient and how streamlined the process was for me to lodge the claim and have it processed. The part that amazed me was that the claim was resolved in ONE WEEK....how amazing was that. Discovery Insure is by far one of thee best companies i have been with. My Broker Luanne Richards ans Associates are phenomenal in taking care of me as a client and looking after my best interst, which is why the have me on Discovery Insure. A huge thanks to Rovanah fro LRIB for her outstanding service and help.
I had unfortunately damaged my television. which was my fault. I called in to check if there is some possibility of having cover...Low and behold...I was taken care of an Agent named Mzwakhe Radebe.....He was amazing.....i was surprised at the ease and no stress...my claim was settled in ONE DAY....how amazing is that.....Hats off to Discovery...Awesome service and professionalism.
SO, Nedbank does it AGAIN...adjusted my Bond installment UPWARDS with no reason. Called in on the 01st of August - reference number 25883799. The agent that took my call was also confused. With this, i was PROMISED a call back to clarify this.......AND.....nothing has happened since......it is now 13th August.....As per my previous posts regarding Nedbank , there is no hope of getting a problem rectified by just one call.....you have to keep following up, AND you HAVE TO REPORT them on Hello Peter to get a response from them.....BAsically all hope is lost with Nedbank...Hopefully they start hiring people who know what is going on and what to do....
