Please can the owner of this organisation contact me - i have sent through 100 emails showing that the account for SABC has been paid and they keep sending me 24 hour notices - i dont know what else to do - i have tried to speak to the owner Graham Powell and keep getting told that he is in a meeting and then they give me an email address for Graham and the emails get returned
Standard Bank Credit Card division - 30 minutes holding for someone to answer the phone - no wonder everyone is leaving Standard to go to another bank - pathetic service and when you phone your Business Banker they cant even give you a answer why no one in that division is answering
Once again - can’t complain about the service as there is no service - lost one of my parcels and no one can tell me where it is!!!! I have left numerous messages - I have spent the whole day on the phone and still nothing
So so tired of this company - can’t believe they are still in existence- been waiting since the 24th December for Christmas gifts - parcel is in town and has been since the 24th - and all I get is the run around and promises to be phoned back with info and NOTHING- So sick and tired of poor service - PLEASE just give me my Christmas presents !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After so many years dealing with this company and still having no joy - we have decided to cancel all our contracts from LACK of service - you can NEVER get hold of anyone and if by some small miracle you do - you get put on hold and the phone never gets answered - emails get unanswered - I am so sick of poor service - ROad side assitance line doesnt work - cuts off - customer service - think they are all on leave - and you have to depend on Matix if something happens to your vehicle
Openserve - Telkoms service people - what can I say - but useless - been without service for 4 days so far and no new information as we are sent from pillar to post and every excuse under the sun has been used - dont know if they maybe dont know what they doing - as we have been told that every fault has been on our line but it just doesnt get fixed
So sick and tired of dealing with incompentent service providers - we have had a problem with our telkom line since Monday 15 February 2021 on our business line that is the core to our business - we have heard excuse on top of excuse - cables stolen / box stolen / faulty cable replaced / only our company in the business complex is down / all business down in our area ( bullsh*t as we phoned and they are all up ) then we receive calls that dont even belong to our company and then no service again
The App doesn’t work, hasn’t worded for awhile so can’t track any vehicles When you phone you are told to delete the app and reload it... which still doesn’t work.... going to stop my contract and remove all the devises Matrix is in breach of contract as they are not delivering what I pay for
Still waiting for someone to fix my dishwasher - I was called on the 20th November 2020 to tell me that they would phone me the 25th November 2020 to tell me what is happening - still waiting This is getting hectic now - and terrible service
I logged a call beginning of November2020 with Defy to attend to my dishwasher that the soap dispenser was not closing, technicians came and said they fixed it, which they did, it now closed.... but during the wash cycle the soap dispenser didn’t open, so I logged another call, a week later I phoned and they told me the call had been closed as the machine was fixed... I told them my machine wasn’t fixed so they logged another call (going on 3 weeks now) today I phone and get the rudest man who tells me that all the technicians in the different provinces have to go forward COVID tests everyday and once they have the clearance certificate they will attend to my problem and if I feel like venting further I can please phone a manager by the name of Jan and tell him further my problem So I phone Jan and apparently the lady answers laughing telling me Jan has left.... never in my life will I buy Defy.... service is terrible
