Shout out to Nando's Table View Shopping Centre! I left my cell phone on the counter after paying for my order. I went, had my delicious meal and only 40 minutes later, looked for my phone. I was frantic! Tried calling Nandos, but first no answer. Then I called my husband to track my phone, and he said it was at Nando's. I called (hands free set) Nandos again, and this time there was an answer. I told the lady that I had left my phone there, and she said that they found it and it is safely tucked away in a safe place. When i arrived, my phone was handed over to me with a big smile. This happened at noon on 2025-11-19. Thank you to the honest team at Nando's Table View Shopping Centre!
I contacted Vodacom customer services twice (2025/01/13 and 2025/01/14) to cancel/close my vodamail email account, because i am receiving too many ********* emails. Each time they asked me a few questions and at the end stated that my account will be closed. Why am I still getting emails (spam) in my inbox then????

I made use of Santam's Travel Insurance company to lodge a claim after recently traveling to Mauritius. Upon calling the company thrice last week and promised that the outcome of my claim would be send via email before the end of last week, I still have not received the outcome. I should have read the reviews before i made use of them. Lesson learned. I will NEVER recommend them.
My husband paid for additional travel insurance through TIC prior to going on holiday. I'm glad he did, as our flight was cancelled and postponed, causing us unnecessary stress. I submitted a claim on 12 July 2024 and TIC acknowledged, stating "We soul like to assure you of our best service and attention at all times" and "Our assessors will respond in due course. After getting no response, I requested progress via email on 25 July and receive the same reply. I would not recommend TIC -Travel Insurance Consultants. My husband should have read the reviews before paying them for a service we are not receiving.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order over R6000! Each gift was supposed to be delivered on a specific day, a lead up to a special birthday. The gift (the climax) was due only for the 19th of Feb, but it was delivered four days earlier! Then a gift which was due two days ago, was never delivered. The operator for the latter query, could not provide me with an explanation, but said it will go out today! Compensation for the first query was unacceptable, to say the least. I will NEVER support Netflorist again, They mess up tooooo many times. I hope someone will read the reviews first, before supporting them.
Ordered food, which was delivered nearly two hours late. I called to report it and was promised to be called back by MrD, with progress, but never received that call. No apology from driver neither.
In August this year I decided to opt for another car insurance company and contacted OnePlan, because I had an existing Pet Insurance Plan through them. The interview went well, and I decided to employ Oneplan as my preferred insurer, starting from 01 October with the cover and first installment. On 31 August i noticed that the installment was being deducted, so I sent oneplan an email in order to query. I included a screen grab from my bank statement. On 04 September Oneplan acknowledged the mistake and offered two options, i selected a refund. On the same day, Oneplan sent a mail stating that a refund will take place between 7 -17 working days To date, no refund is reflecting on my account. I attempted the whatsapp option for assistance, but the response was frustrating, asking me to send proof again. I am so disappointed with my first interaction with OnePlan for car insurance, that I am now regretting the choice. Very bad first impression on my car insurance option with OnePlan!
I noticed that I have been billed twice for 'accessory installment' and sent a query. I was then asked to send my details by Tebogo Motau on 21 August 2023. I submitted my details, but since then, no one has made contact to clear this confusion. I need to be contacted and explained why the deduction is being made twice.
