Waited more than an hour for food to be prepared! The staff is mean and won't even apologize for taking long. So disappointing 😞
A cheap, cheap dealer! They won't even fix minor issues on their cars, worst part they wanna blame thier customers for them not doing a proper diagnostic on their vehicles. They even use glue to attach parts, sales reps are good but the management is failing they are all about making money without giving a sh&t about clients
It took them more than 2 hours to deliver my pizza, they accept orders even when they are already sitting with high volumes. No business sense really!
Had to collect my Takealot order and there was no service consultant to assist I had to wait for 1hr 30min until the lady arrived by the name of Prudence to assist… many of us were complaining as we waited for way tooo long and there was no apology for even keeping us waiting!
Horrible institution they don’t even pick up calls you will stay on the line for more than an hour waiting and no answer!
I took an Uber ride and the driver could not use the GPS and he kept missing the off-ramps and ended up adding more distance and minutes now after Uber said they will refund me back my money for the extra kilos they still keep submitting attempts to debits and causes me unnecessary bank charges which they won’t even compensate me for! I need this resolved ASAP!
Last year I was assisted by a guy by the name of Sfiso Manana in Vodacom4u at highveld mall in witbank and the guy almost assaulted me and after this was reported management never did a follow up on the incident I even sent an email to the regional manager as this was a concern and still nothing was done to address the complaint. The recordings of the incidents are there and the store also has cameras but nothing was done to disclipline the staff member
I am very disappointed and distraught and very emotional as well. I have been with Capitec insurance since 2019. My app have been saying I am on arrears and my policy has been up to date I decided not to pay for Jan as arrears keep going up even though they have been debiting. I have went to branch, called customer care and even lodged a complain on Twitter (X) but still no solution. An entire FSP failing to simply update a system! My worry is if I cancel and reopen a new policy I will have to be put on waiting periods again! I am crying out for help really!
I have queried to sell my laptop on the WhatsApp number they provided me with but I don’t get any responses, they just read the texts and ignore! Poor service!
